Hi. I finally got round to weighing myself to get a start weight. Its not good but at least it wasnt as bad as it could have been! Also had a bad day today- 3 choccy bars. Still, hopefully the craving is out of my system now and at least if I can keep it to 1 bad day, i might get somewhere!!

tomorrow is a new day! get through a day at a time and you will do well! another thing you could do is allow yourself a small treat at the end of the day, just so your not missing out.
