The Dis Dieters health check-in wk beginning mon 22/01

Hi. I finally got round to weighing myself to get a start weight. Its not good but at least it wasnt as bad as it could have been! Also had a bad day today- 3 choccy bars. Still, hopefully the craving is out of my system now and at least if I can keep it to 1 bad day, i might get somewhere!!

tomorrow is a new day! get through a day at a time and you will do well! :thumbsup2 another thing you could do is allow yourself a small treat at the end of the day, just so your not missing out.:goodvibes

Everyone is doing so well :thumbsup2 ~ I was about to have a biscuit with my cup of tea then changed my mind after reading this thread! :rotfl:

I have lost 2lb this week. :yay:
 
I bought some low fat rich tea biscuits for those moments and some low fat chocolate mouses for the chocolate cravings.

Thanks, aiming for another 2.5 this week, meaning half a stone in 3 weeks.

DBF is helping me by saying that if I don't shed 1.5 stone by May we can't go to DLRP - Great motivating tactic!
