LOL! Sorry I kept everyone hanging over the last week. I was busy down in WDW with the family... DD's very first WDW visit I am going to have to do a TR (I wasn't planning on doing one).

I must admit... I have been putting off getting back here because I knew it was going to make me miss WDW even more. I was totally not ready to leave on Saturday. While we were still at the resort, my DD looked up at me with her big, brown, I-really-want-this-Daddy eyes and said "Can we stay for another 10 years?" I forgot how hard it is to cry and laugh at the same time

It's good to be back with all the dads!

I know your DD was on and I know the feeling oh too well of of missing WDW. I left back in December and I am not cured yet. My son has asked me everyday when we are going back and then I go and ask my wife with the same look that he gave me.

I did a lot of that crying and laughing stuff myself (as you will see in my TR). That's the Disney Magic working on ya! I'm looking forward to reading your TR. I can feel the Pixie Dust coming through your post .

Ok...Finally the fellas have DIS Fever! I'm hooked! I have a secret crush on Minnie (since she kissed me last week at WDW). I can't wait until the new Free DVD's come out. I think I can quote the current ones we have.

Ok..Disney Fanatic...you have to take that Steeler footage off of your signature tag...it looks like Fast Willie Parker burning my Bears and getting in the end zone ( how many missed tackles was that? lol).

Just returned from 5 days last week...what an experience! It was a surprise B-Day trip for our DD9. She had a blast (and so did DW and I). It was her first trip and DW and I's first since '96. WOW how things have changed.

I'm in GREENSBORO too!! we might have to get together and make some homemade Dolewhips and watch the free Disney DVDs.

My wife is an engineer, and she just shakes her head when I show her the spread sheets I created for mileage, cost and days (broken out into ¼ of days) of what we may do when at the park/FW. On the later I bracket the which parks offer early or late hours and what festivals are going on…..

On my scheduling, usually after 8 or 9 pm is reserved for adult time, beers with fellow campers, late night walks and talks.

Hey, Would like to join. Along with the many qualifications posted. "I do, or do have, or have done" most of them. Got a couple more I didn't see posted.

1. Have Disney character golf club covers

2. Have helped planned so many Disney vactions for fellow employees in my dept. All of a sudden I am getting phone calls from other department, "Hey are you the guy I need to talk to about planning my Disney Vacation"? 3 people have called in the last 2 weeks. Always willing to help share the magic

Your amendments have been made to the DDC criteria.

No secret really, just entering insanely every single day - or as many times as the rules allow. 1 prize trip I had to pay taxes on - the others no, taxes were included in the prize package. I've won several other things too, various 2nd, 3rd, or 20th level type prizes. I enter just about any Disney related contest I come across. Others too - won a trip to Uni Orlando a couple of years back - Holiday World in southern Indiana, Knotts Berry Farm in So. Cal, Sea World San Diego and a weekend in San Fran are among the biggest things I've won - a week at WDW was the biggest.

Oh... and while I'm still thinking about it... I recruited at least 20 people who now think of the monorail as Old Band-Aid Even DD now says "look, Daddy! It's pink Old Band-Aid!"

The camera will be on again tomorrow night, then the couple will be checking out on Wednesday morning, so you still have a chance to see the fireworks one more time. They start at 9pm eastern time and last about 15 minutes. There are some breaks in the fireworks, so don't turn the link off too soon.

Hey fellas! How's everybody doing?!?! The fam and I will be at WDW in September and I was wondering if anyone's ever ate at the Mayan Grille (I think that's the name of it.) I keep hearing different reviews both good and bad. I thought I'd ask my DIS family to get the real deal scoop!!! I know it all depends on what you like, but from a general standpoint, what do ya'll think? Any feedback is appreciated ofcourse.

I've been doing some thinking (this usually gets me into trouble)... has anyone questioned the "Disney for Families" folder moderator to see if we can get a new sub-folder created for the DIS Dad's Club? If not, I plan to pose this question to them and see what kind of response we get.

Now I'm happy!

Dad's I wanted to share this tidbit...John is scheduled (at least right now) to do an interview with a Pittsburgh sports radio friend, Ellis Cannon, that is to air on Thursday at 745pm. CLD...Welcome...I too will be there in August, 23-27! And today we got a SW email...Mother's Day specials! I was able to change our SW ressies and saved another $35 total. I know it's not much but it was soooo easy to do! I love SW!!
