HolidayRoad I survived and enjoyed my time in Mass.( I was in Andover for the week ) I also found the CrackerBarrel up there so I could get something to eat My Carmin the Garmin found it with no problem.

I would love to have this problem as well, my problem is the opposite, I am in the process of buying our 1st house, so there is no extra money to go around.

Andover is about 20 minutes from me, nice area. As for Cracker barrel, I'm about to hit a bunch of those along the eastern seaboard starting Friday! Nothing like eating breakfast at 8:00 at night!

Nothing wrong with breakfast at any time of the day! Seems like a long trip. Have a safe one. Wish I were going too! Enjoy!!!

Well, I must say, today was one of my happiest days as a dad. We received a call this morning letting us know that our DD has passed Math for the year and graduation is a go!!! We were sweating it out, but the third marking period ended this past Thursday and our DD received enough points during the first three marking periods to reach the needed 5 credits for the year!!! Let the party begin!!!

Thats Great and congrats to DD We were informed that DD doesn't have to take her Math Final as she has had 100 average over 3 quarters. DW just made a great coconut chicken noodle soup. It was awesome but it had a major side effect from the coconut milk. I made the most of it to my DW's displeasure.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've also heard it's nice to go in September. It rained very little while we were there 2 years ago. Minniekissedme, I'll keep your wife in my prayers... My girlfriend has problems with her jaw too. It could really get bad sometimes. Does anyone have a tip on how to come across cool/different avatars? I've looked to spice up my signature (I think that's it) and haven't been successful. Again, thanks for the welcome....

Hey, all! Been meaning to reply to this thread for a while... it took some time to get through all the posts. Anyway... I'd like to join the club and partake in the fun that happens here. It's awesome knowing there are other dads out there that admit to having a Disney "problem"

We're thinking about a relaxing trip to Hilton Head, in early September, if we pass ROFR, and get our DVC points..........

DD starts Massage Therapy School on 9/15/08, which also happens to be her 18th birthday.

DW and I stayed there a few days before our families arrived on the Island for our wedding. We loved it, it was a beautiful place the beach was great! I highly recommend a trip to HHI DVC. It is not right on the beach, but Disney has a beach house that is a short drive or bike ride away. I recomend renting bikes and riding!

I can't keep up with all the great things happening today! That is terrific news, congratulations.

ALL I CAN SAY TONIGHT IS WOW!!! These are all awesome things to celebrate! Congrats one and all - for different reasons of course. As Balki would say... "I'm so happy, now we do the dance of joy!!" Sunday night is Pizza and Dad's Old-Time Network Night in our house... we make pizzas and watch old shows on DVD every week. We're currently going through Season 1 of Perfect Strangers for those of you that might not have caught the reference...

Now, have we also heard from Fed... I don't recall seeing him around here lately.
