OK, you can't talk about a chopper at a farm progress show and not expect me to get all excited that Paul Jr customized one of these:

THAT would be awesome! (The bike is pretty cool too, but how many PTO Horsepower does it put out? Can it even pull a manure spreader?)
I'd rather see him customize one of these:

Speaking of Decatur, have you ever seen The Informant! A co-worker is from that area and was cracking up at how true to charater the actors were in representing Decatur.
Yes I have... and yes they did a very good job.

:scared1: What the heck is that used for? Is this some sort of souped up version of the Fargo movie?
It chops the entire corn plant into little tiny pieces to be fed to livestock. :thumbsup2

andy, do you get involved with gps equiptment at all?

its a corn shucker!!!!

Thanks Dave. City boy here who doesn't know a corn shucker from a hair trimmer. :rotfl2:

I'm glad it doesn't chop the livestock to feed to the plants. That would be rather unsettling.

Andy - I could've swore this was an industrialized Wahl trimmer for Barry's back hair!
:rotfl2:

Oh look, another city boy. :rotfl2:

My phone just rang right after I read that... It took a little bit before I could actually make words come out without laughing. Nicely done! :thumbsup2 :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

I'm pretty sure that's Doofenshmirtz's Very-Bad-Inator.
Hey, dangerous equipment is perfectly safe as long as it is in the right hands... those hands would not be Doofenschmirtz's. :lmao:

Barry, I'm going to have to see if I can get some pictures for you Thursday. I'll see if they have any dairy equipment there, but this is mostly corn belt stuff... so I doubt it.:rotfl2:

:lmao: not only am i a city boy but i grew up with a guy whos family owned keystone dehi. and when i was about 14 i was over at the plant. i was forced to learn how to drive a big hackin jd. i sat in the seat and i seen the two peds. on the floor. i asked " which ones the clutch and which ones the break.":lmao:so im not totaly a city boy.:lmao:

do you deal with a company called keystone enginering by chance??

No, our GPS equipment is John Deere Greenstar (like that round yellow thing on the front of the cab in the picture) and AgLeader Technology.

What is this Storytime thing may I ask? I'm guessing it's not related to the old Belle's Storytime, is it?

TL

I was wondering that as well.

It's a perk offered with AAA/CAA packages, where you go to Norway@Epcot and you are apparently ushered to a small room where you get to meet a character who reads the story of whatever it is they appear in. You get a bookmark and a little one-on-one time with said character too. They seat a limited number of kids so no crowd. Alas, we missed it this time due to over-sleeping. (I think we just left our room when we should have reported to the AAA folks:lmao: )

I was fairly impressed with the Wishes viewing spot in the landing in front of the Plaza, other then it was right beside a smoking area:sick: that was offered. We got there early enough to somewhat view the MSEP, the memories castle show and wishes in a rather non-crowded setting, even nabbing a table and chairs.:thumbsup2.

You may ask... :)

If you book your vacation through AAA (or CAA here in Canada) they include a "Storytime with a Disney Character". You don't find out who the character is until you get there.

It is an intimate small group (maybe 10 kids when we were there). You have to book your time in advance.

It was held in the building opposite City Hall on Main Street USA, I believe it is where they now have the Mickey and Princess Meet and Greets. I also believe they now host the Storytime at Epcot. But I may be wrong on both accounts.

Essentially the character reads a story. Then plays with the kids, then does a personal meet and greet with pics, and autographs.

the guy i grew up works for keystone, i have no idea what lines they rep. for gps equip. he runs the leasing dept. for keystone. i know he travels all over.

I will definitely have to check those things out when we go. Do you think a 22 month old toddler is too young to take to story time?

That is really cool sounding, I may have to look into that for our 2014 trip. I'm sure my daughter would love that!
