Great Pics, Scott! She's a cutie!
Ooo... that would be a challenge! Open up and Oreo and eat just the creme without using your hands!
Thanks!
I think I could do that if the cookie was on the table...
At home today with hurting back. Ibuprofen is my friend today. Will try some rest, heat, and exercises.
ouch, I feel your pain! Get well soon!
Nice job on the photo's, and way to go DJ'ing the event. So what song did you pick to play during the cookie race?
Thanks, and I actually DJ'ed during the 2ed half of the dance, so didn't pick the cookie race song. I can't even remember what was picked.

I DO know that carrie underwood is a hit with this crowd, and they loved how much little kid music i had too. Sadly, I learned i was missing a lot of classic party/dance songs, such as the chicken dance.
You do need to be careful here. Kid's costumes are fine, but I have heard of Disney making adults change out of their costumes is they diem them "too close" to the original. They don't want other guests mistaking you for the real Snow White, getting pictures and autographs, etc.
Granted at Halloween time many people are dressed as Disney Characters and they'll probably be more relaxed with those rules. But if you really look like you could be working, I'd expect at least someone to pull you aside and warn you not to take pictures or sign autographs.
the rules involved as I know it is that adults are not to be in costume in Disney parks. The ONLY time adults are allowed to be costumed is the mickeys not so scarey halloween party. I don't think you would have too hard of a time at the party.

but that is just my thoughts.
OK - in all of your experiences Dad's...when planning a trip well in advance....
When was the best time to purchase your airline tickets?
....
Any recommendations?
I usually do not start looking until about 4 months out. then i just watch them. I check multiple airports (for departing.) But i live in a different area than you. for me, I normally end up flying SW. They are cheap, they are decent, they throw in two free bags per ticket, and if I find a cheaper price a week later, i can change it to that price. even the 'non-refundable' ones allow for you to change the flights for free, and if you end up with a credit, that credit is good for future travel up to one year from first booking.
I also tend to make a 4 hour drive to the airport. We have closer airports, but i save between 100- 150 by making the drive, and i have family in that area so i can spend the night and leave first thing in the morning. (The area i drive to is right between milwaukee and chicago, so I check prices out of 5 airports. the two up here near me, and the three down there. (milwaukee, ohare, midway)
Now, dont take my word for it...but we have flown out of CMH many times and I check the rates there pretty regular...I think you can do better than 297....even Southwest out of CMH will have a web only fare that will range from 79 - 129 each way just depending on what you catch on any given day. Just a little food for thought!
Yeah, most i've seen for a SW web only fare was 210, but i've snagged some for 82 before. Also, please please do not forget to figure in baggage. SW includes two free bags with their web deal... although I saw a cheaper baseline price from another company, when i added the cost of baggage fees, it was cheaper to fly SW.
good luck man!
