My wife has been trying to sell me on going on a cruise for a while now, eventually I'll break down and go (Disney of course). The only problem I have is that I think I will be bored, since I'm a on the go type vacationer, I don't like to sleep in, hang at the pool or beach I like to keep things going and see new things all the time.

So being on a ship I think I would feel trapped and limited I have nothing against them, but I think I would run out of things to do quickly

Well maybe if she lowered the asking price the sale could be made

And finally back to the last few pics I will post from our non-parks trip now 2 weeks ago.

These were from our drive home actually. Long story that I won't go in to, but we ended up flying down, and then driving home with a one-way rental I picked up at the Avis counter at the Hilton hotel across from DTD on Hotel Plaza Blvd, turning it to our home airport. We mapped it out, and knowing DW does not like car trips over 10 hours in a stretch, we knew we had to stop & stay somewhere. So we looked and found several places. Then I read a thread on the DVC boards talking about just that topic - where to stay, and I read all about the Dwarf House near Atlanta - the original home of Chick-Fil-A. Now we are a Chick-Fil-A loving family, so I just knew that Atlanta would be where we stopped. These few photos are from the Dwarf House, where they have regular CFA food, but additional menu items as well, with a traditional CFA counter service area, but also table service. We opted for the table service side.

On the far wall is a very cool animated display of the Seven Dwarves, going to and from their mine to their cottage. I read the little plaque by it, and it was given to them by some non-Disney artist, but clearly made with the Disney version of the story in mind.

At the end, my DD just HAD to use the little door. It was too cute.
