My wife teaches Bio 101/102, and she starts her Plant Bio lecture with, "Clorophyl? More like boro-phyl!"

She even has a boreophyl t-shirt. :lmao:

Congratulations! I wouldn't trade my DD for anything, but trust me, the drama will come!

My house was built in 1926 and has all original crown moulding in the living room and dining room. The stuff is about 8 inches thick and was clearly installed by someone who know what they were doing! Can't find stuff like this now a days!

CONGRATS, Nathan!! Tight race... but you pulled it off!:woohoo:

Oh yeah... crown molding gives me a major :headache: If you have never tried it, and you really want to test your patience and skills, give it a try. It gives you a new appreciation for those who do it every day!

Ah yes, crown moulding! I attempted it when we built our house in 1984. I went into work totally frustrated the next day and my boss said "You have to cut it upside down!" I thought he was nuts but it worked! I wish we had had the Internet back then! :lmao:

Our DD is 33 and the mother of our DGS. She has a great husband who really looks after her and who is a great Dad. Last night, he invited me to a Lehigh Valley IronPigs game, company seats on the 1st base line, just even with the mound. The 'Pigs won 8-1 over Syracuse (this is AAA baseball just 20 minutes from my home). Cold, but a good game, none-the-less. :woohoo:

Our Navy son will be flying down to Pensacola in a couple hours for his 5-day working interview with the Blue Angels! I'm really excited for him and I'm praying he gets this 3-year tour with them. He's had a great 4-years so far and this would be a tremendous boost for him. :thumbsup2

If we don't hear from Nate, it's because the Radical Conservatives are in Washington, DC, on vacation. Have a great time, Nate! :woohoo:

Incredible news, congratulations!:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Congrats! Looks like you have your timing down to a science. princess:
She is a scientist, but our boys' nicknames are "Pill", "Patch", "daddy didn't go to Walgreens" and this one is "weren't careful for ONE week." I'm definately pointing to devine intervention with all of my kids! :lmao:

Thanks everyone. My DW said she can see my hair turning gray. And I've had a few cousins with long hair, so I'm good there. but princess: ? I'm not quite ready for a princess. a gir? no problem. Princess? we'll see... :)
We're due in September, and have a December WDW trip. Grandma & Grandpa are joining us, so the extra eyes will be nice.

Love the nicknames!! I have two wonderful dds (8,5). But, they already come home from school talking about which boys are "hot" and I just cringe. That quickly added the gray, so I cut my own hair with the clippers (no guard in the summer and 1st guard the rest of the year) about every month to keep the gray out. Congratulations.

Congrats on the new addition, unclescrooge. Our first was a DD, and she was the one that went into daycare and preschool with the pony tail not centered in her head because her father was the one that had to do it. Or, if she had pigtails, they were no where near being the same level on her head.

This has been an interesting week. Thought that I was going to get my TR started last Monday, but after getting on here last Sunday morning, I haven't sniffed this site since until now. Unbelievably busy week with unknown games and extra practices (soccer, baseball, and dance) and the kids at school in some sort of post spring break funk that has caused their behavior to really stink. Did have an accomplishment this weekend, though. Did my first triathlon yesterday. It was a bigger rush than the 2 marathons that I did a few years back. Finished alive, which was the goal, and a little bit ahead of the time that I had set as my goal time. It was only a sprint (250 Y swim, 9 miles bike, 5K run), but it was tons of fun. May look at an Olympic distance job later this year or next spring just to check out the longer distances. I'll never do an Ironman (I have a life and a job...), but I can't tell you how much fun this was. Those of you interested in a new challenge may want to look into this. Yeah you have to train, but these distances aren't enough to take you away from the family for hours at a time, which is why it really appealed to me.

Fed, I'll be on the lookout for you in June. That construction area in Brunswick was terrible, not the construction in general, but the craziness that it caused with the traffic. Lines of trucks in the left lane, tons of pattern switches, etc.... Is there a completion date set???

So, the goal for this week, after catching up on schedules, etc... is to really start the report and to catch up on the 30 pages that were added since last Sunday. Hope ya'll have a great day.

Funny story...Yesterday my oldest son had something that the 3 year old wanted. The oldest says to him "I'll give it to you if you say the magic word". In true Disney fashion the 3 yo says "Misca musca Mickey Mouse". Ya gotta love what comes out of kids mouths.
