Psssstt!
We have gone every year for the last 4 years and I think I have been on the DisBoards that long too and I have never written a Trip report yet, but I will this time. It's about time I do it.
Although I have mentioned some of the highlites of previous trips, like having Mary Poppins help me re-propose to my wife of 30+ years. I still don't know how we managed to keep that a secret from her until then. She thought she won some "year of a million dreams prize" and I said no, just me...lol.

236 days.....but on the plus side in 4 weeks most of you will have been....you will all have you TR's to do re the new MAN LAW and i will still be looking forward to our trip.....watch you all go and spoil it and book other trips for the summer
And then there's the fact that you will have gone three times before I take my trip. 289 days away...Oh well... While you're stuck in the hot Florida/California sun, I'll be enjoying a nice air conditioned cubicle. So I got that goin' for me- which is nice.

My mom did the same thing, but didn't sew the patches on. She used fabric glue, so each patch would have a nice ring of hardened glue around it.

Yep - there's a reed in there. The kid gets full on notes out of that sax. He's completely music obsessed - that sax belonged to my grandfather. But he plays his own guitars, drums, harmonica, violin . . . Not exactly well mind you, but he tries.
