i wanted to do that today but i had to work till noon and i came home and took a nap. i think sunday is going to be nice? i tested them and they all work, by the time i get them up half of them wont work.
One good thing about the LED lights is that they fire right up and I did nto have to replace any of them...I did not get all the lights up like I wanted...the weather was so nice that the yellow jackets decided to enjoy the day too and I was unable to get a few of the bushes lit up!

I agree it is safer for the whole family if they are not around to hear me rant and rave while putting things up for Christmas LOL. I think we will do the trees that same weekend you are ...it has to all be up and ready by Thanksgiving!
We drive at night. It makes it harder on me, but my two DDs (7,5) don't fight all the way there. We run the DVD for a few hours, they eat dinner, and then it's only gas stops thru the night.

wife had an Aunt whose family used one of those turle lookin things and while they were driving I guess it came apart and luggage when all over I-95. When the suitcases hit the ground they broke apart and undies and other unmentionalbles were scattered for all to see I would think it would be a very humbling experience to have to be picking up your underwear off the intersate with on lookers watching and laughing LOL good luck...hope your turtle pack stays shut

Dave, I agree totally.....as much work (and expense) as you have invested in the decorations they need to be enjoyed as much as possible...i have been accused of being Clark Griswald
