Put the kid to bed tonight and the DW and I noticed that a burnt out bulb in the foyer made a couple of familiar shadows.

I was going to post a bunch of pictures on facebook as we traveled this week but my co workers are upset that I am going to still go to Disney while the doc has me off on leave eventhough we have planned this trip for a year! Oh well. The Doc says I can go to Disney but not go to work...isnt he great!?! LOL

Makes sense to me! Have a great trip and tell Mickey we said hi!

We have made it to Orlando and getting settled into the condo ... already beden to Wal Mart to load up on provisions for the week ha ha....Tomorrow morning is MK right off the bat!

That's my son's Very Hungry Catterpillar (Hungry Hungry), he rides with me everywhere!

I love the caterpillar!!! What a great "friend" to have around. Thanks for your service and hope you get the green light to come home soon.

I sat next to Ulf Samuelsson (sp?) on a plane one time...OH MY GOD that guy WAS HUGE....he was pretty nice (he found out I was an armed Fed on the flight and we got to talking) he said most of the hockey guys were around his size!!:scared::scared: I was sitting there thinking---this guy is as big as an NFL Linebacker (I played High School football and grew up with Dexter Coakley who used to be with Dallas, not sure where he is now), and I was in the Athletic Dorms at Clemson with some of the Football guys..and this dude was as big as they were----and what do these freaks of nature do?? They get on ice skates, which multiplies their already sub 5 second 40 speed, and hurl themselves into each other:scared1::scared1::scared1::scared1:

NO. THANK. YOU. I'll stick to soccer!!!!:cool2:

Thanks!! I'm sort of a homebody, so it sucks for me to have to go away for so long, but every little bit helps!!

My wife's coworkers are impressed---they always slam on their husbands for acting too "manly" to carry around a stuffed animal from their children, and here I am out here with hungry, hungry...guess I have to answer to them!!

But when your 20 month old runs up to you in the airport with Hungry Hungry, because he knows you always take it with you, and holds it out to you saying "Da Da, here. Da Da, here." Well, how do you say no to that?:rolleyes1

I don't know how, but somehow there was a lot of dust in Jacksonville International Airport that got in my eyes, that caused my eyes to water up a little bit...ya know, because of the dust and all that:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Steve: Glad to hear you made it safely! Enjoy the Magic Kingdom! We'll be there Tuesday and I'm looking forward to my first Dole Whip! :thumbsup2

2 days, 13 hours and 45 minutes 'til we land at MCO!

Oh, I'm with ya' there. There's no way to say no to such a touching moment as that. Heck, I'd figure out a way to carry a Winnie the Pooh plush around if I had to. Maybe strap him to the gunner belt or something. Call it "Pooh's Blustery Day on the Helo" ride.

I think we need to add this to the list. We see hidden Mickey's in everything the way religious people see the Virgin Mary in pieces of burnt toast!
My son arranged all the grapes on his lunch plate the other day into threes so they would look like Mickey.:earsboy:

My MIL has decided to come visit us this Thursday - for 17 DAYS!

And, we don't have a big home so there is nowhere for me to hide (1000 square feet for me, DW, DS12, DS6 and MIL).

Be afraid, be very afraid...

8 nights down, 9 nights to go.

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

Just updated my TR...Day 9 part 2. Warning...eye protection required for All Day 9 posts.

Still see a cricket infestation on that other TR. :lmao:

I hear Fed Fuzz might be able to help with this. :confused3

Disney dad of three, DS10, DD7 and DD3. We are headed back down after a three year hiatus. Not sure what else you need to qualify for this thread. :confused3

:cool1: We got another one here, guys! You are member # 365!

:welcome: WELCOME TO THE DIS DAD'S CLUB! :welcome:

You have been added to the DIS Dad's Club list :thumbsup2

Glad I still get to supervise oldest DD7 on the Internet, if she found this, who knows what she would want for her birthday. I'm having a hard enough time with the 2,3,or 10 friends over for the sleepover, I can't imagine 15. :scared1:

HAHA! I tell you, it was a good time that day. I'll have to find some pictures of that day so you can see what this place looked like.

Hi, Dave! I missed your post this morning. I was putting together a list for my DSIL; she'll be watching one of our dogs and our house while we're gone. Hey, Craig stopped by during lunch today at work. He's thinking another trip in a couple years.

Poop: You're half way! Hang in there! :yay:

Our DS checked-in from the Navy a few hours ago so we're all here. We're packing now.
1 day, 22 hours and 35 minutes 'til we land at MCO!
:cool1::banana::yay::woohoo::dance3:

Hope I run into some of you guys this week. I hope everyone has a great time!!!! CYA IN WDW!!!!!!:goodvibes
