Back when the kids were little (now 1 off to college and the other a senior in HS) we went through 12 years (and 3 minivans). Now I get to have a H3 Hummer and the wife gets a Caddy SRX.

The OP was asking if anyone smoked before going into MK. Not talking about cigarettes. It was the OP's 2nd post and the comebacks were making me laugh. Unfortunately, the thread is gone.... just like Pleasure Island nightlife.

I was a member of the mini-van club. We had a black, Ford Aerostar for about 8 years. We really liked it but it was having a transmission problem and we needed an SUV. Hauling SAR dogs and our equipment around on jeep trails with the Aerostar wasn't the best thing to be doing. So, now we have a Pathfinder and a Camry. With no kids in the house anymore, we don't need a van. However, we now have 3 grandkids and only room for 2 car seats in each vehicle!

There will definitely be a group of us at WDW in few weeks!

steve, i forget, do you have your days figured out or do you wing it? i get there the 7th, we start going to the parks on the 8th and we leave on the 17th. we have our days and adrs fiqured out, we will be w/another family.if we are not going to be in the same park, maybe we can meet at one of the resorts for a quick hello and pic.? ill have a car so i can get any place easy.i think mike (mijo) is staying at por? mike and i live 20 min
. from each other so it will hard for us to meet.

We arrive on the 1st and will be there through the 11th. Usually with the kids we hit a park every other day and let them rest up between park days so we dont tucker them out too quick. I think we are going to go to one of the MNSSHP on either the 8th or 9th whichever one has the best weather forcast and dinner at Whispering Canyon on the last evening before we fly home EARLY (7am) on the 11th. We jut play it by ear with no real plans...

My parents are trying to decide ( yeah waiting to the last minute) if they want to go or not with us. I am not like my Dad and just pick up and go and the last minute... I have to have something to look forward to for months in advance LOL. This is our 1st of three trips in the next 6 months...NYC in December and Disney Cruise in March...then back to Myrtle Beach in July next year LOL.

ha mike, i watched the hall of fame speach from the pride of easton last night, larry holmes!!! man did he get big. i saw him 2 years ago at lowes and he comes in to were i work evey so often.of course he was carring his purse.he parked in front of the employee entrance doors at work a few years ago. of course i come in, grumbling not knowing he was around the corner, "we is the ^%$$% that cant read no parking and flopped a mer.benz in front of the %$#^^ door!!! he looked around the corner, that would be me,ill have my assist. move it. i almost wet my self. i just said hi champ!! he sign one of my bus. cards. double d, choc.thunder daryl dawkins shops at the target on rt309. i seen this guy walkin around the store,im 5-9 and i barely came up to his waiste! ive seen him there a few times. i quess hes the b-ball coach at lehigh now.
