For you BAB people, can someone please explain to me the point of buying the M&M or Pooh skins and then stuffing them? Wouldn't that be the same as buying a plushy?
Hi Tammi,
I guess it was just a bit of me going a little nuts.

I wanted the BAB Mickey and Minnie because they are rare. I wanted to stuff them myself because it was fun. I love BABs. My grandcildren have quite a collection.
The whole build a bear "thing" is to stuff your bear, give it a heart, fluff your bear and print out its birth certificate and register it. They put a ... for want of a better word, a little lowjack tag inside, so if it is ever lost it can be returned to you...
I am a tad over the top with my Mickey maddness. My room is all Mickey. My wall color is the color of Mickey's feet. I have Mickey phones, sleep on Mickey sheets, in my Mickey pajamas. I shower behind a Mickey curtain, toss my trash in a Mickey trash can, drain my dishes in a Mickey drainer, roll my Disney paper towels off a Mickey towel holder.
I have lamps, curtains, watches, picture frames, dishes, silverware, clothes.. you get the idea. I'm obsessed. I brush my teeth with Mickey shaped toothpaste.
I have the red Mickey luggage, I wear Mickey clothes, my laptop goes in its Mickey laptop carrier. I have Mickey prescription eyeglasses.
So you see, for me, I had to have the BAB Mickey and Minnie

and because I have a BABW store close to me, I had her send the skins unstuffed, so I could go to workshop and stuff them myself. That was a mistake, because the other kids couldn't buy one there and they were sad.
But the employees at the store got a real kick out of it and made sure to get my numbers so the Florida Mall could register my M&M and send me their birth certificates and all...
