Hi all. I just scanned in the autograph pages I made for my co-worker who's going to WDW late September. I had to start all over again as the ones I made for our December trip were lost in the hard drive crash. Some of them would not print out in this format correctly (Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Eeyore and Tigger - Piglet didn't print quite right, either), but there's plenty for you to get the idea. I borrowed Kate's four parks design to use on the inside cover page. The pages are actually set up so that there's 1/2 inch of white on the left side for punching holes to place the pages in the 5 x 7 scrapbook. Hope you like them!

Hi everyone!

We have been so busy around here. I'm still reading along.

I went to the Dr. today and had a great visit! My blood pressure is good, my blood sugar is good, and my Dr. is pleased with the way I'm progressing. I start going every 2 weeks now and because of my problems they're going to start monitoring the growth via ultrasound. I think it will just be a quick peek to count movements, but it's exciting to know I'll be seeing her so often. He said they're doing this now instead of stress tests twice a week. I'm so excited because I was on full bedrest by this time in my last pregnancy.

As I said we've been really busy around here. Brian's birthday was yesterday and we spent the morning in downtown Baton Rouge. They've been revitalizing it and it's becoming more of a cultural and artsy area. Brian and Christopher went on the USS Kidd (a battleship) then we did some other "touristy" type things.

Sunday we went to a birthday party to see Cars. We all thought it was great! Christopher sat in front of us with the other kids and I thought we'd have problems with him getting up and coming to us (he usually gets antsy in movies) but he was glued to the screen. He was so disappointed that we didn't go back and see it again yesterday. I promised to take him back soon. We're also in the process of collecting all of the hotwheels type cars and the Happy Meal cars.

I feel like I'm living out of my car these days since we're on the go so much. Another month and I'll be able to take it easy until the baby comes. My wonderful MIL gave me a break today and took Christopher this afternoon.

Congratulations on the great report! I am so glad that things are going well for you this time around. Keep taking care of that precious girl and yourself.

Dawn -- glad you dropped by to post. It's wonderful that you are doing so well. How are the swimming lessons for Christopher?

Happy belated birthday to Brian! party: party:

You need this: :drive:

Tammi - I'm so sorry for what you're going through. Please know you're in my thoughts and prayers. I am the child of parents who should have divorced but didn't. I think they would have but my father had a massive stroke at 49 and my mother took care of him until he died a few years ago. I think the best advice you've been given (other than securing a good attorney) is to NOT bad mouth or complain about your DH to your children. My parents did this to us and it was awful. I wish you the best of luck :grouphug:

Kate - Good luck with your upcoming surgery. I'm glad Nick did well for his test today. Also don't let that jerk on the fanny pack thread get to you. I think we can all tell from his posts that he's no prize
I could hear the ringtone.

Vicki - I'm excited for you that Pal Mickey is coming home! I can't wait to see him in all his glory!!!!! Best wishes to Chuck, also. I hope y'all are able to get to the cause of his problems soon.

Jennifer (tink2020) Welcome home!!! We're planning for a DCL cruise when this baby is 3-4. We'll need that long to save up :teeth: . I'm anxious to hear your thoughts on it. Also, congratulations on your new home and getting moved in so quickly! You and Kyle are at a very special time in your lives. Enjoy every minute of it!

Glynis - Thank you for the postcard you sent to Christopher. He was thrilled!!!! I explained it was from his "friend" in Utah and he thought that was very cool! He also wants to go to Disneyland now ;) . So does Brian so we need to plan a California vacation soon!! I enjoyed reading your trip report and I'm happy you and Alan had such a good time. Did I read you're going on vacation again soon? If so, I missed where to. I'm so sorry about your cousin :grouphug:

Theresa - I can't believe you didn't post any multicultural pictures :rotfl: !! Hope your cold is better now!

Paula - Good to "see" you again. It sounds like you're running around like crazy too!

Denise - I think you'll be just as happy with 2 rooms at All Stars. I hope y'all have a great time on your beach vacation and the kids looked so cute with their new bikes. I'm so happy that Rees continues to improve!

Clare - Sorry about your windscreen, but I'm glad your boiler fixed itself.

Tia - Your trip to New York sounds wonderful. We've never been and we're dying to go. You and Phil remain in my prayers. I'll pray for some answers when he sees the endo.

Amy - I've already said everything to you :p

Julia - I'm glad you had so much fun on your cruise. I'm green with envy! Your door signs were really nice too.

Marti and Paul (and Matt) - Thank you for the beautiful baby book  . Paul, I'm glad you're enjoying your new job!

Elin - How awesome that you already need to take in your bathing suit! WTG!! :cheer2: You'll have to post another picture soon!

Jennifer (bear74) What a rough time you've had lately! I hope you're on the mend and your tooth is no longer giving you problems.

Christy (did I spell it right?) I don't know how you stay up so late every night. I always enjoy your "catch ups" in the morning, though.

Deb - I can't blame your mom one bit. As my mother tells me, it doesn't matter how old you get you're still my baby. It bothers me too but as a mom myself, I can see why they feel that way. You've got to live your life, though. Just be safe!

Janet - DLP, who hoo!!! :woohoo: You're going to have so much fun planning for that trip! I can't wait to see pictures!

Becky - Happy Belated Birthday!! Glad you're getting some relief from work.

Marci - How's your husband's arm? Congratulations to Jake for having such great games!! I love your picture!

Steffy - How is your ankle feeling? Glad you had a good visit with your DS and DGS. Hope you spoiled him rotten!!

Kristin - glad to see you back and glad the party was such a success. I wanna see pictures!!

Beth - Congratulations on your weight loss. I guess I live in a bubble because I didn't know you designed, but I've seen them lately and you do a great job!!!

to be continued...

Happy belated birthday to Brian! party: party:

You need this: :drive:
:rotfl: That little guy fits me to a "T"!!

Christopher is finished with swimming lessons and now just practices with the swim team 4 times a week. They had a practice meet last week and he would have won if the hadn't kept popping up to see if he was winning :lmao: . He still only came in second by a fingertip length. They have their first real meet tomorrow. He's really swimming well now and loves every minute of it. It helps that his cousin and two of his best friends are on the team also.

ETA: Thanks for the birthday wishes for Brian. How did I miss that large font the first time? :teeth:

Happy belated birthday to Becky & June. :bday: :cake:

And Happy belated 7th birthday to Daniel and Kirsten. Seems like a lot of us must have been pregnant at the same time as Lizzie just turned 7 and Beth's son too.

I am so sorry - I forgot to check back in - it went well

he was SO good - I told him they were going to listen to his heart and that he had to lay still and they would put stickers on him - he laid right down on the table and didn't move or talk until she told him he could! I guess he remembered what happened when he didn't lay still for the catscan!!

The test didn't seem erratic to me - but the nurse did say she saw some irregularities but she didn't know what they meant - so they will get back to me in about 48 hours - so I am guessing Friday - especially since my doctor only works on Tuesday and Friday!!

We went to McDonald's and got him a happy meal - that was his reward - which he knew ahead of time - and he would do anything for cars - the toys are REALLY nice!! Although he did say to the nurse - me good boy now me go see cars again!!! Good thing Steve and I want to see it and we plan on going to see it this weekend with them!!

You're going to love Cars Kate!!! And he's my hope that the doctor has wonderful news on Friday!!!

Well, this Deluxe snob took the plunge and booked 2 rooms, preferred building, at All Star Movies for free dining! I'm actually really excited. I know the kids are going to flip when they see all those larger than life icons. I think we'll rent a car to have as well for going to and from the parks. Oh, and it saved us $1600, and we're getting 2 rooms vs one. John will love that!

So any tips or advice for ASMo? Guess I'm going to be doing some research.

I think you'll love it. It's Disney! You'll be in Disney! And when you want to , come use the pool and nap. That's about the only time you see the rooms afterall!.

Kristine - Congratulations to Christopher!! It sounds like he's going to keep you busy for a while. What an honor!

Congratulations to Jackie also. You have beautiful kids!

Terry - Hope you're enjoying yourself :sunny:

Lynn - How is swim team going? Congratulations on 1,000! Your girl's night sounds like fun! I feel your pain with the heat. Yesterday it was almost 100 with high humidity. We had a cool front today and it only reached the low 90's . We're also in a drought.

Robyn - I'm sorry Emma is losing Mr. Janksy but what she said was really cute. Congratulations on 500!

Julie - Welcome back!! Your vacation sounded very relaxing. I love Gatlinburg and hope y'all have a great time! Congratulations to Kyle for getting into the accelerated class and to you for the weight loss!!!

Channon - glad you had a good time in Michigan. Your almost nephew is a cutie!!

Kelli - Hope you're doing well.

June - I am so sorry about your friend. That is such a tragedy. Prayers for his family. Also your autograph pages are really nice!

Heidi - Your little BAB is so cute with his new ears!!

Lindsay - I hope you're all tanned and relaxed!

Jo - Good luck with the move!

Jen - I hope you feel better soon. I think you're wise to try to avoid surgery.

Anne Marie - Daniel's picture is so sweet! I hope he had a wonderful birthday. Now that you've organized all of your pictures you're welcome to come here and organize mine from the last 10 years :teeth:

Delinda Glad your knee continues to improve!

If anyone is reading for Karen my prayers are with you :grouphug:

Debbie I don't know if I ever gave you a proper welcome. I'm glad you joined us. Your daughter and grandson are both beautiful! I'm glad the reception turned out well and enjoy your upcoming trip. I'm lucky enough where I live that there wasn't much devastation from Katrina, but in late September we drove down I-10 through areas near New Orleans and the Gulfport/Biloxi area and we couldn't believe what we were seeing. I'm west of New Orleans and the stories we hear are just unbelievable. Prayers to you and prayers for a calm hurricane season this year.

If I missed anyone it was not intentional. Looking at the list we have some DDA's that are MIA.

If y'all can stand any more posts from me tonight, I'd like to do an unofficial poll.

We're down to 2 names and I'm interested to know which you like better and how many girls you know with these names. I checked the popular baby name lists and they're #22 and #82 (out of 100).

Anyway, the two names are Caroline and Lauren. The middle name is Elizabeth. Our last name will go well with all of them. I don't want to post it here but if you can't choose without knowing, PM me :teeth: .

One name is DH and Christopher's favorite. The other is my favorite.

That's cool! My dad was excited because his birthday was Katrina's 1/2 birthday.

My birthday is 11-16-61 which I always thought was cool with only 1's and 6's. The last 9 digits of my drivers license # have all 7's & 8's except for one 4. I love number patterns. I look for them in everything!

I was really hoping Joe would be 01/01/01. He didn't make that but his actual date 01/10/01 is pretty cool.

Then I was hoping that Emma would be 01/02/03. She came on the 21st.

I like Lauren!

why you ask? I like it better with your last name and with Christopher - Christopher and Lauren is easier to say! Try saying Christopher and Caroline when you are mad!! :lmao:

the other reason is also silly - I hate when people say jul-ya for Julia's name - her name is Jul - ee - a - if you go with caroline - you will have to be prepared to not let both pronunciations bother you either caro - lynn and caro - line or be prepared to constantly correct them -

Julia always corrects people - especially if they say Julie - I wouldn't change her name b/c I really love it - but you have to be prepared to deal with that or not let it bother you - and some people do get offended when she corrects them - not sure why since I would think most people would be offended if you said their name wrong!!!

Tammi told me it bothers her when people say nick-laus for her DS instead of Nick - o - las

something to think about!!!

I only gained 8 pounds with Emma, and she weighed 8lbs 12oz and gained 6 lbs with Molly, she weighed 7lbs 11oz. I sure didn't need to gain any extra. I so wish I could blame the girls for the excess weight but it is all on me. People kept telling me all the time, you really don't look pregnant at all. I know being fat to begin with hides alot! I don't know if it would have been better if I had gained 50lbs and looked pregnant.

When I was pregnant with my Emma I also gained 8 pounds and she was 8 lbs, 12 oz too. I did however look VERY pregnant with Emma. (I should really scan a photo for Amy) I had gained 40 pounds after I had Joe due to a post partum thyroid problem so I didn't need to gain any more weight. When Emma turned 1 I joined WW and lost 55 pounds. I kept it off but I could still loose another 30 but I just haven't had the motivation lately-things just seem too crazy. I would love to try to loose a few pounds before Disney in August....
