why you ask? I like it better with your last name and with Christopher - Christopher and Lauren is easier to say! Try saying Christopher and Caroline when you are mad!!

the other reason is also silly - I hate when people say jul-ya for Julia's name - her name is Jul - ee - a - if you go with caroline - you will have to be prepared to not let both pronunciations bother you either caro - lynn and caro - line or be prepared to constantly correct them -

Julia always corrects people - especially if they say Julie - I wouldn't change her name b/c I really love it - but you have to be prepared to deal with that or not let it bother you - and some people do get offended when she corrects them - not sure why since I would think most people would be offended if you said their name wrong!!!

Tammi told me it bothers her when people say nick-laus for her DS instead of Nick - o - las

Caroline is pronounced care o line. Not lynn.

I don't know any Laurens and only 2 Carolines. One is a distant cousin who is a teenager. The other is the child of a woman I barely know and she's 8 or 9. I'm surprised to hear there are so many Laurens (I've read ahead).

I used to like you women, but now I'm rethinking that . Except for Kristine and Anne Marie. I still like them

We stayed at the ASMo Toy Story building before it was called preferred. My kids absolutely loved it. I thought it was great too. We had rented a car then so buses were not an issue. I am was thinking about doing the same thing (only at Pop) instead of BC to save some $. I think you made a good choice & your kids will love the place...I sure wish the family suites were offered with the free dining..that would make my choice alot easier.

Caroline is one of my favorite names. If we ever had girl #3 she would be Caroline. I just think its a cute name for a girl & an elegant name for a woman.

I used to be so good about putting photos in albums right away but not since I got a digital camera so I haven't put any in albums since the Thanksgiving before Emma was born. I don't even order prints anymore. But I do have a big box to organize. SO... I could bring them to Disney and you could do them for me while you sit at the pool at the Beach Club.

Staying at the BC August 22 - September 1. I would love to meet you too. We will have to organize a day we can say "hi!"

Right now I have my days planned like this..
8/22 - Arrival. Going to hang around BC & boardwalk & epcot at night
8/23 - MK day
8/24 - AK day
8/25 - Pool sleep in day

Any park overlaps???

8/22-Epcot for AM EMH with lunch at Le Cellier at 12:50. We could easily head over to BC and Boardwalk in the afternoon or evening.
8/23-unscheduled as of yet, but a park day
8/24-Family Magic Tour at MK/pool time at POR/Epcot in evening (Biergarten at 6:15)
8/25-Last full day: Morning unscheduled/Ending at MK

I'm usually not so unscheduled at this point, but we'll be there for 2 weeks with 11 park days, so by the end of our trip I'd like to leave a little room for the family to decide what they want to do.

Steffy, I won't be an enabler this time. I say wait an go in December, I know its hard just take a look at my counter.
The Million Dreams starts in Oct. so it will be in full swing come December, and the Christmas party alone is so worth the wait.

Hi all. I've been reading and keeping up, but with everything going around in my head I can't remember who's doing what. Sorry...please forgive me.

Dawn - I vote for Caroline. I know of two in Alyssa's preschool, and then a few older women with that name. I know only one Lauren too. I just think Caroline sounds elegant.

On another note- we have finally passed the potty training hurdle!!!!!!!!!!!! He has been in regular underwear since the end of April and is dry every night and after every nap! It felt like a long time coming, but once it "clicked" that was that!!

Hope the party goes well this weekend.
We still have wet diapers when we wake up in the morn, but other then that Olivia is potty trained has been since the end of April.
Now to Just get her to sleep in her own room.

I am so jealous! Emma was all trained for about a month last summer when Lizzie asked her if she was afraid she’d be flushed down the potty. Emma wouldn’t go in the bathroom for months even to wash her hands. Now that summer is almost here I’ve got her back in undies and using a potty chair. Gee…I wonder why Emma talks about her family like this….”Mommy, Daddy, Joe, me and ‘my sister’…are going to Grandma’s tomorrow.”

Today was my youngest's graduation from preschool Instead of caps & gowns they do a circus. My little one was a tightrope walker. She was so proud of her costume. The teachers help her sew her own skirt & she had a crown with flowers on it & a parasol she made as well...So cute. So no more preschool for us. The teachers & the director of the school are so wonderful, I am going to miss them all..I have been going there for 6 years straight with all 3 kids & it's going to be weird in September not to be up there anymore.

It's been a hectic day so I haven't had a chance to read all the posts I missed but I just wanted to say "Hi" to all!!!!

I've never heard it pronounced Carolynn when it's spelled Caroline. Are you sure those people aren't really named Carolyn(n)? I'll have to ask Julie if she has problems with it because she has a Caroline. It's like the Neil Diamond song, Sweet Caroline.

I get mad when people call Christopher Chris. I figured his friends would do it but it's adults we have the problem with!! GRRR!!!!
