Ok, quick post.

Amy, love the pics of the new house. Congrats!

Kristine, congrats on graduation and happy b'day all in one day!

Jennifer, glad the bike ride went so well.

Welcome home, Julia. Surgery is at 10am at Egleston.

Marci, glad the size wasn't bigger today. It can't hurt to have it checked out tomorrow.

And, I did make Rees' PM 3 shirts tonight. The Anniversary one is so cool. It plays more games and sings. And the hand supposedly lights up when you see that emblem in the parks. How fun! Here's the shirts.

I will call Marti, Kate, or Amy tomorrow to have them post for me. I should hopefully be home Tuesday. My mom arrived around 10pm tonight (got delayed due to bad weather at the airport).

Thanks again for all the prayers. Love you all.
Cute shirts. Won't PM need a costume for your Halloween trip. :teeth: You were in our prayers and will continue to be. I hope to catch up this afternoon to see how Rees is. :goodvibes

I would love to start scrap booking but i dont know where to start. I bought a bunch of scrapbooking stuff when I was at disney. But I am a bit afraid to start.

Jennifer -- I'm with you. I bought a bunch of scrapbooking stuff at WDW on the last trip. It just sits in its bag looking sad and wanting to be used, but I'm too worried. I'm too much of a perfectionist. I'm afraid I won't be able to get my vision in my head onto the page.

That's how I feel about designing shirts too. I'd rather ask Kate nicely to personalize an existing design than try my hand at it.

Oh well. I'll get beyond it some day to be a :artist:

I keep telling myself when we move into a bigger aparto, I'm setting up a crafts corner in one area of my office.

Hey -

tomorrow is the BIG Disney announcement - any guesses?!?!?!
I was reading that thread on TPAS. I'm guessing it's going to be whatever celebration is following the current one, or a new DVC resort.

I tried to post this last night but the server :badpc: :badpc:

So thirty five years ago, I was just being prepped for surgery. At midnight I felt my water break with a pop and started getting ready to go to the hospital. I called and said that the Dr. mentioned I might need a C-section. So my sister helped get me ready and we waited for my Mom to come and get us. As we are going to the hospital, they are arguing about whether my sister could stay with me at the hospital. Well that was the first real time I got so mad that I just yelled "Just get me to the hospital dammit!"
My DH was in Guam and they would not let him come home. Besides getting everything in triplicate, you gotta get some things in blood. They had first promised he could but then changed their minds. So he didn't get to see his so for another two months. So here is my first born.

and here he is now

then three years on june 11, my DD was born with not as much hoopla. DH was home that time

here are my two grandsons Nicholas and Caydn

and that is how my month of June is with my 37th anniversary on June 7.
What a good looking family all the way down to the grandkids. :thumbsup2 You must be such a proud mamma as well as grammy. :goodvibes

This is how I ALWAYS am with Disney! Crazy arn't I?!? We are already planning our 2007 4 night cruise for next December. (Thank goodness for TA discounts!) Gotta love those hidden Category 7 "open" balconies! (Apparently there are some Navigator Verandahs that are actually open, but one corner is cut off from the way the ship is shaped...)

Luckily you get that TA discount, we book our next one while on board - 7 days on the Magic again, looked at doing the return 14 night from the Med but the kids once again will be in school and didn't want to leave them again for 2 weeks next year. It stops in Tenerife and that is where we went on honeymoon so would have been really special - oh well!!!

Hi! I just ran downstairs to the library (they have internet). John is upstairs with Rees. He is doing awesome and hasn't needed any pain meds! He's walked around once, been up twice to go potty. I'm amazed. They should be bringing him a grilled cheese sandwich pretty soon. Unless something happens, we should be home sometime tomorrow.

Gotta run as others need the computer. But Happy B'day to Delinda and Happy Anniversary to Vicki and Chuck.

Check with y'all later. Thanks for all the support and prayers!
I'm glad things went so well. :wizard: Will be praying for the report on WED.

Hi Vicki,
I have really small feet.
My air walks are 3 1/2 - 4 girls.
All I have found so far are little girls.
I did find a pair of Tinkerbell light up sandals.
I did try them on, I don't like between the toes.
Ramiro was so glad.
He is so lucky I don't work nights.
Years ago I did.
So I would sometimes take his sister to school in my p.j's.
She got over it, walk or Mom in p.j's.
She was no dummy snows in IL.

You lucky dog! I have size 8 DD feet. My girls have size 9-1/2 or 10 depending on the sizing.

The Navigator Verandahs are a balcony that's enclosed, but there is a cut out of a picture window to make it "open". Then they have regular verandahs, which are there balconies that are like every other cruise line. There's only maybe 8 on each side of the ship on three decks, and are cheaper than the regular verandah prices. I'll see if I can find a pic. :teeth:

Love to see pics, we have had a cat5 and cat 6 on the Magic, love the veiw but just never spent enought time on the balcony to warrant it as I would rather cruise more often.

That was a lot of fun, but I was SOOOOO nervous! I had no idea what you guys would think of me!

I thought your hair was cute then too! It looked good at my wedding the next year too though. If you looked at my picture from our Disney trip, you will see my hair hasn't changed much in the last 19 years! Can we say rut?

Yes, that was Paul in there. You weren't pregnant with Becky yet, were you? I have a picture of Bob holding Katie and Robert, that is pretty cute too.

Nope, I wouldn't have been pregnant with Becky yet. She was born in July of the next year. I have to say we were a little worried about meeting you as well. When your single buddy finally meets the "One", you are worried that they won't like the group and you'll never see them again!

I'd love to see the picture of Bob with Robert & Katrina. We have a cute one of the two kids kissing that week-end. It is so adorable!!!! We gave it to Robert with a bunch of other pictures for graduation!

Opinions needed please! :)

Could you please click on this link and tell me if you think the princesses look "normal" on this wallpaper border? I'm thinking Aurora's hair is pretty orange...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6051377990&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1#ebayphotohosting

Also, if you like this border, what do you think of pale green walls to go along with it?

Thanks,
Amy :)

That would look really cute with pale green walls to match the leaves. I think it is probably the picture that makes it look orange.

Hey guys!

Denise -- I'm thrilled to hear that Rees is doing so well and loved PM!

I'm sorry I didn't get to give you all an update sooner. With the first of my staff days running long, I had to race to pick up the boys, get Andrew dressed and out to his baseball game, and then fed and laundry started before I could sit down to catch-up and post.

My DH has an appt in the morning for another doctor visit. The redness in his arm hasn't spread anymore, and it has faded a little. The bad news is that the center of the bite has gotten more purple, but we won't know until tomorrow if that is a problem. Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers. I'm terrified and am not good at all this wait and see stuff.
:wizard: Hope his arm gets better soon and you get answers soon.
