Is it a regular Build A Bear or is there a special Build A Bear at Disney Land?

I am sure someone already answered, but....It is a regular BaB, but they have a larger selection of Disney costumes than most. For awhile, they were the only store with the costumes. As of Monday they had: Tinker Bell, Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine, Mulan, Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the Mickey/Minnie shirt/hat/glove combo I mentioned earlier. The costumes are $15 and the Mickey and Minnie things are $10 or $12. Unfortunately, the store will not ship them out.

:goodvibes Thank you.
Glynis is going in June and she said she would pick them up for me.

I knew I should have logged on while I was gone! If there isn't anyone else to do it soon, let me know. I can get my friend to run by and pick them up. I think the Ears set is $10-12. It comes with a Mickey or Minnie shirt (red or pink sleeves/collar, white shirt with Mickey logo), Mickey gloves and ears. Terra was excited because we got her a Jessie costume for her bear. We have Woody and Buzz already so this finished up the set. Though she does want me to find a Stinky Pete costume for her next so I'm not sure how that will happen. :teeth:

:lmao: love it :lmao:

Well my babies are officially 14(Cassidy) and 10(Abi) now!!! :guilty:

We had a great birthday party yesterday with the only casualty being Abi's shoulders as it got REALLY hot here.

Today we went to White Fence Farm, a yummy local restaurant, where we were told there would be a 3 hour wait and got in about an hour. I love watching faces as people register that my girls birthday is the same day even though they are 4 years apart. :teeth:

They were thoroughly embarrassed and I love doing that too!! Hope to finally have pictures up shortly!!

Hope everbody had a wonderfully relaxing weekend!!

Happy (belated) Birthday Cassidy and Abi!! I hope that you all enjoyed your parties and dinner.

Today is Tia's birthday...here's the link: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1112309

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! I did have a fantasmically disney day (as Clare put it!). It apparently started pouring the minute we left and was sunny the morning we returned so maybe I did bring the sun with me. However, my powers may be limited to I can't be responsible for what happens after today since the forecast doesn't look too :sunny: .

Hi, everybody!

It's been a long time - two weeks! I have no idea where I left off, so if anyone wants to give me an update on this little world, I would greatly appreciate it.

Things at work have been hectic and stressful (thus my absence from this board), but I think about each of you often, and hope all is well with everyone.

Belatedly, I hope those going on the DDA trip have a FABULOUS time!

Here's some :cheer2: :wizard: :grouphug: for everyone in need this morning.

I am so glad that you got your dinner, Jo! You definitely deserve it.

Quick question.... who made the stick people design?

I just had a wild idea to make Bethie a shirt for tomorrows visit to Marine World. I was thinking of putting
My Big siter goes to VCS on the front with two stick figure girls, then the back will say... I'm next.

I know I know, nothing like waitng until the LAST minutes.

I am googling for cute stick figures now, but can't find any that are nice like the ones I have seen here.

More google here I come.

Oh, HI all. :)

Hi, all. Graduation and the music program were wonderful. Davis got Most Caring, Brantley-Kate got Best Teacher's Helper, and Rees got Most Curious. The IEP meeting went very well too. Got everything we wanted with no problems. He will receive PT, OT, and Speech Therapy. Also will have a Parapro come into his classroom 2 times per day to help him with work.

Oh, and Rees' next tests are on Thursday am at the hospital. I'm sick with bronchitis again, and feeling crummy. So, I'll talk to y'all later. Have a good day!

What wonderful news from your IEP meeting. It sounds like the best plan for Rees has worked out. I am so happy to hear that you all will get the support that you need. I hope the graduation wasn't too teary.

And, since it is Thursday...best of luck with the tests today. :wizard: :grouphug: I hope that you are feeling better as well.

Hey Lindsay, I've been wondering how you are doing! I figured your absence was work-related...I'm sorry things are still hectic and stressful. Sending you a big :grouphug:

Amy :)

We are having psychotic weather in Cincy today!!! One minute the sun is shining...the next it's completely dark and the wind is so strong! I certainly hope a tornado isn't brewing!

I do not have a green thumb!

We bought some empty planters and pot soil at Sam's last night. Does anyone have any recommendations for some relatively maintenance-free flowers to fill them up with? They'll be in the sun, if the sun decides to reappear for a while. And, I'd like something that will stay in bloom for a few weeks (is that possible?).

Thanks in advance!
Amy :)

Thanks so much for all of the birthday wishes! My kids could take a lesson from all of you. :goodvibes Fortunately for dh, he did remember to wish me a happy birthday this morning.

I really do appreciate the good wishes! :grouphug:

My favorites are pansies and marigolds. You may have a little trouble finding pansies now, because they are an earlier flower (though they will stay in bloom all summer). If you do find them, they may be discounted. Impatiens are great, too, but they prefer a little shade.

It has become a tradition that dh and ds plant some flowers for me as my Mother's Day present.

These are the pansies they bought this year. They had to go to a couple of stores to find some.

They bought simple, small, orange marigolds this year. There are a wide variety available.

I don't know what these are or how they will look through the course of the summer, but ds apparently insisted on buying them.

Here is a pansy that re-seeded itself from last year (or maybe even the year before). I was playing around with selective color on this one.
