Any one know how to keep wasps away from your yard? They keep coming and I can't find anymore nests?

I had the pest guy out the other day and he got ride of 3 nests, but I keep seeing them flying around the back yard. The girls play so much outback, I don't want them to get stung.
www.improvementscatalog.com. Search for #262494 or Glas Wasp Traps.

That's okay Glynis

between everything going on here and getting ready for the trip the PDZ has not been high priority for me - SORRY!! I figure when I get back I will be refreshed and ready to work on it!!

And if I have knee surgery - I should have PLENTY of time for it!!
I'm hoping all those yummy sounding recipes from a few days ago get put on the PDZ. I didn't have time to print them all out.

I missed Becky's first post. I just found out Wicked will be playing here in January/February. My neighbor and I are planning on seeing it. I have heard that it is very difficult to get tickets for. So just how good is it and how closely does it follow the book, that is if you have read it?

Robyn -- I have not read the book. I would like to read it this summer, but that won't help you a bit. :rotfl:

I thought the show was wonderful. It was also at the Kennedy Center this past winter but I have heard that the touring company did not do as good a job. Whether or not that is true, I cannot say for certain since I did not go there and spend another $100 per ticket

Three days........I think Katie Lanf has a song named that or at least she sing those words a lot in one of her songs.

Good info, thank you.

Alan can't remember the name of the trap. There's a commercial for them nowadays, though. If I see it, I'll jot the name down. They're pretty common traps, though. We found them right at the entrance to Home Depot. If you ask there, I'll bet someone will know what they are.

Sony W7. I bought it before my trip last Aug. I already had a Sony so I wanted to stick with the same memory technology. I wanted something that fit in my pocket but still had a view finder. It is not a credit card size camera. They are coming out with a W70 and W100 so I've seen the W7 advertised for $250. It really is a great camera for something that fits in your pocket. I'm thinking someday I may want a digital SLR but I don't know if I want to be "burdened" with a big camera. My camera does occasionally have some trouble focusing but overall I'm very happy with it. One of the friends that I was traveling with told me I should leave my camera at home since I wouldn't be taking any photo of kids with characters. I said I couldn't wait to take even more photos when I don't have one eye on the view finder and one eye on the kids. I took over 600 photos on that 3 night trip. I just love that as long as you have enough memory the photos are "free". You definately get more keepers when you are not afraid to snap lots of shots. I also took some great video of the Grassroots at Disney (considering it was just on this pocket camera). When I saw the videos on my Mac at home I thought they looked better than what I saw in person. I don't know how to upload video yet.

I'd be happy to share full size images with anyone.

We just got a digital SLR and while I love it and am still figuring out a lot of features, I miss being able to throw my compact camera in my purse or diaper bag. I gave our compact to my cousin.

Hey! What trip 4 Jun?

I couldn't go then either.

I WANT TO VISIT DL!!!!!!!!!!

sorry for the outburst :teeth:

Alan and I were married on May 26, and his best friend and his wife were married on July 7 of the same year. This year we decided to ditch our kids, choose a date in the middle of both anniversaries, and go to DL to celebrate 16 years of wedded bliss! I can't wait! It should be so much fun!

I bet they only had one clerk, didn't they. It's like that for me.

Two clerks. One was accepting passport applications for a family of four leaving in twenty days who were arguing that they didn't need to expadite (sp?) their passports so they would have them in time.
