SNL just did a cartoon skit called Journey Into the Disney Vault. It was hilarious!

Paul and I saw that too - we loved it!! But we both wondered how they can get away with it.

DH just told me to order it. Where's the best place on line to get it and with free shipping? or was BRU cheaper in store?

We went to Babies R Us, plunked down the $139.00, took it out of the box and shook it. It was already assembled and we used it that night at the mall...

It has a rain cover and something else. We can steer it with one hand. Folds small. It will be wonderful at WDW.

So has everyone got their VCR's TV or whatever else ready for tomorrow?
Desperate Housewives is going to have Carol Burnett on

Not sure if this was ever discussed...but has anyone read the book The Kingdom Keepers?? I bought it for my daughter...I have been reading it, and it really enjoyable. It's about these kids that have to solve a mystery at WDW...it has so many specific details to the parks that I feel like I am standing in the Magic Kingdom.

I bought it for Paul for Christmas because I heard it was a good book. Alas, it has yet to be opened (by him or I!!)

Those are all done with markers? Wow, that's great! You definitely have more artistic ability than I do! Mine wouldn't look near that good! ;)

Speaking of Minnie and Mickey living together (I realize you were discussing this last night, but I missed it so am chiming in a day late), they're actually married. I have this argument with a friend of mine who is a soon-to-be Disney bride and a DISer, so I won't name names.

DBF and I found proof of their marriage at Art of Disney at Downtown Disney last week. For sale at the store is a cell from the movie in which they got married. It's from an early Disney short. They're standing at the altar, Minnie's dress is streaming behind her back up the aisle, and the pews are full of the cows and all the characters Walt Disney used to put in the early Mickey shorts.

Proof that their relationship is legit!!

While she might have a bit of trouble with her panties always peeking out from under her skirt, Minnie is no hussy!!

Jennifer

Here here!!! :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: So she can sleep with Mickey all she wants..... :yay: :smickey:

I'm not a chef.
So it's a box cake mix. ready made frosting, & a can.
Sorry Betty Crocker I ain't. :rotfl2:
Here's a favorite I used to make for my grown children.

What makes it extra good is you dust the
cake pan with Nestle Quik not flour.

Just use any chocolate cake mix.
Use the box instructions.
When it is still a little warn poke holes with toothpicks.
Drizzle cream cheese frosting over it.
Chill in fridge.
When cold use 1 large can cherry pie filling.
Just spread it on top of the cake.
Serve cold from fridge.
To die for good. :cloud9:

The kids named it Moms black forest cake.

I am enjoying it...plus it's an easy read.....it's only 350 pages...Matt would probably like it...it has a lot of high tech stuff in there that I picture boys liking to read about.

But if they're married, then how come they have two houses??

Your pictures are great Jennifer! And the cupcakes look yummy!

What kind of zoom do you have? These are some fantastic close-ups!

And as Kevin always says when people ask what kind of camera we have because it takes really good pictures, "It's not the camera, it's the photographer!" :teeth:

Amy :)

Thanks! Actually, the rhino is not zoomed at all, she was just that close! :thumbsup2

The lion though, is obviously not that close :) The zoom is 4x optical f7.2-28.8mm, then some sort of digital zoom on top of that, although the pictures look less clear with that one.

Very cute eggs marti!!

I love the bengals one!!

That is actually the second Bengals one to be made. The first was a hardboiled one and while they were drying, I decided to unload the dishes from the dish drain. I had a Pampered Chef cookie sheet in there, and it was the last thing I unloaded. Well, the weight shifted and it toppled over onto Matt's homemade hardboiled one. He was so upset, he sniffled and tried so hard NOT to cry. Broke my heart! So I made him this one to try to apologize about crushing the first one.

Marti... love your eggs. So talented. The markers turned out great!!

Denise... love the turtle

Love the peeps cupcakes. They were so cute....

I have to get some sleep. Very early day tomorrow...

Happy Easter!!! Happy Passover!!!

And I get to see my cute signature again...

Because she was a smart mouse and was thinking ahead..."what if he snores? what if he doesn't understand me"? will he like all of my friends"? :rotfl2:

Is your baby little? From other pics I always thought she was a big dog, but the one by the fence has me rethinking that.

No, she's small. She weighs 9.5 pounds right now, and that's a little on the heavy side since we're just now able to go outside and play. :goodvibes
