I have great news!

1. I got my croc-knocks! Thanks Kate, they are great, but I think I might try the dryer thing too.

2. I got my golden eared Mickey antennae topper. Thank you so much Lindsay!! Do you need anything that you forgot to get when you were down there???

3. I bought a laptop and router today!!! I got a Sony Vaio and it should do everything that I want it to, mostly digital editing for home movies. I am so excited. I can't wait to get it hooked up so I can DIS wherever I want to! Please send me PD that everything goes right. I am not as technominded as a lot of you are.

We have the Sony Vaio and I really like it, I have a Dell for work but it is much smaller, Enjoy it!!!

You bums! I took an afternoon flight because I didn't want to hang out all day by myself, and now you two and Kristine are going to be early birds. But you aren't that much earlier than me. I wonder if I show up at the airport for an early flight, if they have space available will they let me fly for no additional charge. Anyone know?

Tammi - I have heard of people who have done this - might be worth a shot

the only way this worked out for me was b/c everyone agreed I shouldn't mess around with Delta and just be sure I was getting out!!

yeah, I see that...but his dorm room was a set of bunkbeds...not lofts...the room was 8x8....felt like i was in a closet.

All the dormrooms at UVM are/were set up with bunk beds, but most people built lofts to create more room and get a little separation from our roommates. Maybe you need to build one for your son.

out of curiousity...when does everyone have spring break? we had ours March 27-April 2

My kids were off this week and go back Monday and they go to school good Friday too.

I wonder if I show up at the airport for an early flight, if they have space available will they let me fly for no additional charge. Anyone know?

Tammi, I don't know for sure, but I think most airlines will let you try. If you want to fly standby I think you have to bring your luggage carry on, no checked bags. You might be able to check out the airlines website for rules.

I will be renting a car - are you going to be checking your luggage or doing carry-on - probably by the time I am ready to leave the airport it would be 11:00 anyway -

will you be ready to go straight to a park?!?!

the one thing I am is flexible...

if I am going to hook up with you...I will take a carry on to save time...and it was always my intention to go to the park as soon as I get in...so I would be ready

depends on the airline... we have done that on Delta before.

What are you doing about your return flight?

Do you think I need to worry about my delta flight? It is the return. I've looked at airfares for other carriers and they are sky high.

Fantasmic is good. We need to rethink dinner then for that night.

Our schools get out next Thursday so break is April 14 - 24th. They are so looking forward to it.

I have heard they will try to put you on another carrier - but who knows when that will be - it could be two days later - OH DARN!!!

I think the whole plan needs to be reassed now!!!

Never tried it, but since it's an "invented" recipe and if you prefer the taste of dill - go for it!

We used to make a lot of dip when I was little and I mostly did it, used creamcheese, mayo, salt pepper, green onion, dill pickle and also used the juice, I never used a cup of chopped pickle just 1 sml chopped up and it was always good.

Amy - keep them coming - I love the pictures! What a nice job you both did on decorating and party planning. Kate was right, you should be a party planner!

Matt's play was so much fun. It was just his class and the play was called "Character Matters" and it featured all characters from fairy tales. The idea behind this musical was to teach the kids its not good to lie, accept responsibility for what you've done and that bricks are the responsible way to build a house! Some of the kids were just like they are in class - but others surprised the heck out of us. The pain in the neck child that has trouble focusing in class was the hit of the play! He was a narrator and his comic timing was impeccable (sorry Amy - I don't have spell check). But my favorite play person was Matthew; and he was adorable!!!! He made sure the other three pigs spoke when they were supposed to and pointed where to stand - he really enjoyed the spotlight quite a bit. We were very proud of him. If we have a good picture, Paul will post it in the am.

Steffy - RUN - Don't walk to Walmart to buy Blue Bunny sherbet and some Dole Pineapple juice. It is so great, very close to the original. Both Paul and I agree that this is a great hold over... but we both like the real thing!

I would check the flight before going to the airport to see seat availability and then try, they will normally put you on for no charge if the seats are available.
