Denise,

I'm so glad to hear that Rees is home, I will continue to pray that he does well.

I only got 9 correct. But considering that I didn't go to WDW at all between 1987 and 2005 I thought that score was OK!:rotfl2:

Lindsay - I haven't taken anything for the cold so far. I am just drinking lots of water and blowing my nose. I hope it will go away. But with the weather changes I bet I will get worse again at the end of the week.

Vicki - Bummer about the typo! Hope you get it settled soon!

I'm about 30 pages behind, but I really need to post right now.

I found out this morning that my grandmother passed away at midnight. I'm ok, but a little sad. She was 97 years old, so she lived a good, long life. Her husband died 17 years ago, and she has been anxiously waiting to be with him again. She has lived in a nursing home for the last 6 years, and has hated every minute of it. She hated losing her independence. During the last year, her mind started to wander, and she had trouble recognizing people. She did recognize my mother and my aunt, but no one else. The last 6 months, she kept talking about grandpa, and how angry she was that he was so late to "pick her up." I know she's thrilled to be with him again. She has been totally bedridden for the last 4 months, and has had to deal with bedsores, etc. Not a good quality of life. So, I'm very happy for her. Sad for me and my kids, but happy for her.

I just wanted to let you know that I may be offline for a while since the funeral will probably be Friday. Not sure where or when, but we're ready to leave at a moment's notice.

Thanks for being there for me! I really appreciate your support and prayers at this time.

Back to my regularly scheduled catch up!

Vicki - did I hear you mention DVC?? WELCOME HOME! Which resort will you be calling home?

I've started my trip report and will be making a concerted effort to finish this one! :rotfl:

I'll try and stop by again soon - but right now my bed is calling me... my last day in my current job tomorrow so it could be an emotional day!

Yes, Chuck & I just bought 250 points at SSR. We are waiting to sign the contracts. We have a trip scheduled for Dec. 13-17 for the two of us. We will be booking at OKW for March and again for June for a trip with my sister, her kids and my mother.

Glynis I am sorry to hear this. My deepest condolences to you & your family

Glynis - I'm very sorry for your loss. Prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.

We all opened our ornaments tonight!

Jennifer and Olivia - Alyssa loves everything!! She wanted to know how Olivia knew that Ariel was her favorite. I told her Santa must have told them.

Deb and Nick - Nicholas says thank you so much! He also wanted to know how you knew he loves Mickey and Pluto.

Janet - You surprised me. I didn't know I was going to have an extra surprise besides the lights. Thank you. I love the Where Magic Lives ornament. Especially because it is :smickey: . What do I owe you for the lights and shipping?

Thank you all soooo much. I'll try to post pictures later.

I am so sorry for your loss Glynis, but so glad Grandpa finally made it to pick Grandma up. She must be over the moon.

 Glynis, I am sorry for your loss. Even though it is the best for your grandma, it still isn't easy.
