Not much better :( I guess I will be calling the Dr. tomorrow. He is bummed, there is a dance at school tomorrow night. If he stays home he won't be able to attend the dance.

Poor Garrett:wizard:

Okay finally able to get on the computer.

So contractions started around 7pm last night. At 10 I decided to try to go to sleep to see if it was true labor or not. Well I never went to sleep. Finally at midnight I called the answering service for the Dr. 30min later I finally get a call back. Okay to head to the hospital. by this time they are 4min apart and a 5-6 on the pain scale.

We got to the hospital around 1:15 I was 4cm.

At 5am I was 5cm,

AT 8:10 When the Dr. checked I was still 5, so we decided to break my water. They broke it at around 8:30.
At 9:30 I was 6-7 completely effaced.
At 10 I was complete.

Virginia Kay was born at 10:12 weighed 7lbs 4oz 20 inches long.

I did it with no epidural or drugs. except for repair. I tore a little down their.

Olivia has been very possessive of her and not wanting any one else to hold her. My mom, Olivia and Jeff's dad finally left.

Now that I have the info posted I am going to take a nap. I have been up since 10:30 yesterday morning.. I will post Pictures later.

Welcome Virginia! We are so happy to have you join us. Congrats to Jennifer, Jeff, & Olivia.

I really like this movie & it is Garrett's favorite. He is a die hard JS fan!

I haven't seen it....can you tell me how you like it??

(I am not a big fan of Tim Burton's work)

That's too bad. If he stays home we should have a virtual :dancer: here to lift his spirits. :)

Thanks for all the compliments on the girls pictures that I posted :goodvibes

Jennifer- :wizard: that Virginia's levels start lowering. and that you both settle into a feeding routine.

Jennifer- Still thinking "sticky", thanks Elizabeth, thoughts for you and Kyle.

Denise- More :wizard: and 's for the Figs.

Chanon- :wizard: for your family and all that are affected by the wildfires.

Janet- Hope Garrett feels better soon.

Marci- How is Andrew feeling?

Theresa- I have no suggestions for colleges. My girls are going where it's free, U of MD-College Park.

Tom- :cool1: on your auctions! I so wish I could afford you, your talent is amazing!

Elizabeth- I had no idea that Dallas was getting an American Girl store. I sure hope that we can make it work out to visit.

I know I've read more but my brain has reached it's maximum retention level for the day.'s and :wizard: to those I missed.

I had a cousin that was pregnant at the same time as me. her due date was 10/26. mine was 11/10 well I delivered 10/21 baby girl weight 7lbs 4oz 20 inches long natural. she delivered 10/24 c-section 6lbs 9oz 19inches long baby girl. I thought it was kinda funny that Virgina beat her cousin here and weighed more and was longer

Just got home again!

Not sure if i told you guys--but when we got my painting for my parents anniversary, there was a black line across my teeth--we have been goinig back and forth trying to get it resolved and they finally gave us three choices--a) send it to hong kong to get fixed b) get 50% of price back c) pay 50 dollars and keep the one we have, and get a new one

Mom chose choice C---we are going to g ive the one we have to my grandparenst and keep the new one!
Sounds like a great choice. :thumbsup2

Email update from Denise, 7:30 p.m.

Rees just got back from the Endoscopy and biopsies at 7pm. He did so well! The GI doctors came by to talk. They took 6 biopsies of his esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and jejunum. His lower esophagus and stomach were fairly inflamed and indicated chronic gastritis. The bowel was dilated and had thickened walls. They tested specifically for lactose intolerance and h-pylori. They suspect that he has something causing malabsorption and a possible partial blockage where the bowel is distended. They are keeping him until Friday or later and having the surgeon look at the results too. If it is a partial blockage, he will need surgery. The biopsy results probably won't be back until Friday.

Thanks for the prayers. It was another long day for Rees as he didn't get to eat from 10pm yesterday until 7:30pm tonight. He is so brave and such a trooper!. John's parents came over to help. I will send out another update when we hear something.

We had this at the boy's school last week, it was a fun week for them.

This is "spirit week" or something like that. Yesteray was crazy hats, but he either forgot or didn't think he wanted to do it. He ended up wearing one of those stretcy bookcovers on his head. Today was crazy neckties - he wore a strand of paperclips. Tomorrow is crazy socks, and Friday is spirit jerseys. He doesn't have any crazy socks - all of his socks are white. I bought him a Dallas Stars hockey jersey today so at least he has that. I know the other kids must think he is a complete spaz, but he doesn't like to do things like the other kids.

That could be interesting!:rotfl2:

Thank you! Keep me posted on any pins you see lol

Are you looking for anything in particular? My Disney Store had about 20 different styles last time I counted. The sets they had were Snow White, Pooh, Fab 5 Christmas, Princess. The rest were single pins.

Robyn - The new AG store is VERY close to opening. I thought it was open today (Princess & I were at the Galleria) but I guess it isn't yet. The sign says "Fall 2007" and they have another sign that they are hiring. There were a bunch of people in there - I guess they are stocking shelves or setting up fixtures or something.

Tia, I don't think I complimented your pumpkin patch pictures. I love the pumpkin Terra picked out too! :)

Jennifer, I hope Virginia's jaundice continues to improve and nursing gets easier. Congratulations on your weight loss!

Elizabeth, I saw The Nightmare Before Christmas when it came out the first time. I was still in college. :thumbsup2 However, I don't think I've seen it since.

I'm very impressed to all of you recent vacationers who are catching up without recaps. I have to tell you, Theresa really took charge of us this weekend. :rotfl:

I bought one at the parks & got one from Anne Marie. I told him when we go in Dec. he is going to go nuts over all the JS merchandise.

Did you bring him some new pins? I saw a couple of new ones on the Disney pin site when I was looking for MVMCP pins.
