I don't want to jinx myself, but I think that I'm feeling better this morning. I had planned to call the doctor if I wasn't so I think I scared the sickies away Only time will tell. I plan to do some housework this morning then I'll take a nap with the boys like a good girl. I'm off the next 2 nights so it shouldn't be too taxing. We do need to bring the boys stuff over to my parents and find a notory to notorize some documents that I've been sitting on for way too long. Hopefully Hunter's bowling ball will come today and I'll drop that off to be drilled tonight. Things are finally coming together. Chris woke me up this morning grinning ear to ear telling me only 2 more days. I didn't want to break his heart and tell him it was closer to 3

Yes, you can pull it off. Only do as much as you absolutely have to do. Take your time driving... you are going midweek so the drive ought to be better than on the weekends. I bet you are certain of what you are taking to WDW, so that packing will go easily. The kids' clothes for their stay with their dad should be pretty easy too. You know what you are wearing to the viewing and the funeral, so that is easy to pack too. Three suitcases... one thing at a time. You will get it done and be ready to relax with us in three short days.

I'm very sorry for your loss Tammi. Take a deep breath and do only what needs to be done. If something isn't quite to the standard you usually do, give yourself a break because everyone else will understand!!!!!!!

Has anyone made plans for the PhotoPass CD for our trip this week? I want to get photopass pictures and want to take advantage of the 20% discount by paying ahead of time. However, if there is someone that has done this already that is willing to go together to combine our pictures, I'd like to take advantage of that. If no one has already prepurchased, I'll go ahead and pay for it and make the offer to everyone.

Yes, Elin, I do have most everything for myself packed. I'm thinking of packing the kids things in ziplock bags, labeled with what day. This way if it's Alyssa's PE day he won't have her in a dress and sandals or some such thing, since he has absolutely no clue as to what is going on with the kids and school. I've already written out a list of instructions/information for him. It's very sad that I have to do this.

Your XH is a bonehead, so not to make excuses for him, but I have yet to meet a dad who can keep up with the kids' schedules.

Momboss and I had talked about getting Princess a Halloween costume, so I bought her a Minnie dress at the Disney Store and put it on the table so they could look at it. In a separate conversation I talked to Dadboss about a Christmas dress for Princess. I bought 3 formal dresses and hung them in her closet so Momboss could choose one (she was out of town when I bought them). Well, Dadboss saw the Minnie dress and thought it was her Christmas dress. He didn't ask me about it though, because he didn't want to hurt my feelings by telling me he didn't like the dress for Christmas. I can't imagine why he wouldn't want her to wear a dress with big polka dots and black sequins to the formal dinner at his parents' house. Momboss finally realized what he thought and she pulled out the Christmas dresses for him to see. Now he feels much better.

Good morning, DDA!

It is POURING rain today! Luckily it wasn't raining when DS got out of the car, and it was just sprinkling when I dropped Princess off.

Nothing much going on today. I won 63 pins over the weekend so I am finished with eBay for awhile. I'll see how many traders we have left after December and stock up before our trip next summer. MAYBE the Disney Store will have pins on clearance later on in the season.

Good luck to everyone getting ready for WDW this week! Hope everyone gets packed and stays healthy for the trip!

It was very sweet of him to want to spare my feelings. The thing is, they can ALWAYS tell me if I buy something they don't care for! I never take the tags off of anything until they give the "OK" and I keep the receipts so things can be returned easily if necessary. I like to choose things for my charges, but it's part of my job. I'm not offended if I need to take something back.

My Dad just showed up unexpectedly and said that he was picking Logan up at school and wanted to know if Colby would come too. My cousin is having a modular home set just up the street from my parents and he thought they might like to watch. That means that I have no kids until 3 PM. I'm torn between going on a cleaning frenzy or doing some cleaning and taking a nap

I received Hunter's bowling ball and it is very cute. I know that he will love it. I'll drop it off tonight to have it drilled. I also got my order from disneyshopping. The jeans for me don't fit right and I'm not sure that a smaller size is available. I may call them. If I can't get a smaller size I may just alter the ones that I got. The waist is ok, but the hip area gaps with too much material. I need to shorten them at least a foot too

Um, he sort of knows about the pins. His dad is a postmaster so I asked him about the lapel pins. He doesn't know the full extent of the pins, though.

No, no. Really I am finished for awhile! I think we have about 100 traders each, and we'll only use about 45-50 apiece in December. The box they are in is getting very full. So I'll stop until we get back from the December trip and then I'll start stockpiling for August.
