Lindsay -- I'm glad you had a good time on the trip. The Longhorns sure were slow starters, even against Baylor! It is sometimes painful to watch...:scared:

Yes, they are! I certainly hope we can pull out a solid game against Nebraska this weekend - considering how pitifully they've been playing lately, too!

My one consolation was that OU didn't look that hot on Saturday, either!

**PRAYERS FOR REES**

I just received a phone call from Denise. She is on her way to pick Rees up from home. John had to go to school already this morning and pick him up. He was having all the same stomach problems but this time he was also having uncontrolable shaking. They are taking him directly to the ER where the DR. from the GI office will be waiting for them. This is kind of a mixed blessing since this might be the only way to get an appointment with him.

Denise asked for everyone to lift up prayers for Rees. Please pray for wisdom and knowledge for the Dr.'s to find a relief for his pain and peace and continued patience for Denise and John as they go thru this.

I will update you when I hear something back from her.

Lynn

Thanks for posting this, Lynn! I will pray for all of them, as well as the medical staff. Poor little guy.  :wizard: :wizard:

Tia - I can't believe how grown up Terra is looking. Her 'bob' haircut is so cute.

I thought the same thing, so I'll just say "ditto"! :goodvibes

Well, got to get back to what pays the Disney bills. Catch you all later! Have a great Tuesday!

Jen-I am glad your dad is home now. I'll continue to pray for him.

Terry-you and Stephanie have a grand time on your last day. I just can see the two of you limping along:goodvibes

Tia-Terra is looking so grownup where does the time go???

So who has some group pictures that they would like to post? I was like Lindsay, letting others do all the picture taking. ;)

Morning all--headed to work

Dad ended up cominng home from the hospital late last night...They dont know what happened ,but they called it a warninig--now we just have to rush him in if it happens again

have a great day

I hope he doesn't have anymore episodes!:wizard:

A minor setback to 5 days at the World. ;)

Surprisingly though, the kids' dad did all their laundry and sent home clean clothes.

Off to get the kids up.

I think there must be something weird in the alignment of the moons or something because DH was off yesterday and he did ALL of the laundry!:scared1:

Denise, TONS of good wishes for Rees!:wizard:  I hope this is the day for some answers!

Tia, nice pictures. How did it go with Chase's mother?

Yes, how was that? And can you go back and label the family pic for us? I want to know who the people are and how they are related to you!:)

Tom - Yay on the auctions! The views have really taken off since the auctions are starting to reach their conclusions!:thumbsup2

Of course I am having a bad day. Tuesdays are just cursed! I have had bad Tuesdays for 25 years.:sad2:
I have (or HAD) a really cute black Disney Halloween sweatshirt and it has simply vanished.:confused3 I looked everywhere for it this morning and it is just GONE. I found my big old 80's novelty Halloween sweater with the haunted house on it so I couldn't have gotten rid of my sweatshirt! I went to pull it out of the drawer and it wasn't in there. It wasn't in any of the drawers, or the Rubbermaid bins with my sweaters, or folded on the shelves with the other sweatshirts. I can't even remember the last time I saw it. It has been so HOT the past few years I can't recall the last time I wore it. I can't remember if I took it when we went to MNSSHP in 2005 or not. If I did and I left it at Pop then I certainly won't be able to get it back now!:rotfl2: I can't really even think of anywhere else to look for it. I told DS the only think I can think is that I stuck it in a Goodwill bag when it was folded and I didn't relaize what it was. Like those khaki pants I was looking for this summer. Very strange.

OK. Now we have to go get ready for swimming.:scared:

thanks!;)

Do you think all those in WDW will be proud too?:rotfl2:

Not so much :headache:

Okay finally able to get on the computer.

So contractions started around 7pm last night. At 10 I decided to try to go to sleep to see if it was true labor or not. Well I never went to sleep. Finally at midnight I called the answering service for the Dr. 30min later I finally get a call back. Okay to head to the hospital. by this time they are 4min apart and a 5-6 on the pain scale.

We got to the hospital around 1:15 I was 4cm.

At 5am I was 5cm,

AT 8:10 When the Dr. checked I was still 5, so we decided to break my water. They broke it at around 8:30.
At 9:30 I was 6-7 completely effaced.
At 10 I was complete.

Virginia Kay was born at 10:12 weighed 7lbs 4oz 20 inches long.

I did it with no epidural or drugs. except for repair. I tore a little down their.

Olivia has been very possessive of her and not wanting any one else to hold her. My mom, Olivia and Jeff's dad finally left.

Now that I have the info posted I am going to take a nap. I have been up since 10:30 yesterday morning.. I will post Pictures later.

I finally found the details so I'll quote them for all the others that were away. It only took me several hours to dig them up :rolleyes1

I have officially read every post from when we were gone. If I didn't have so many pages to read I may have already written my trip report, but now you will all have to wait until I find some time ;) Colby isn't feeling well today and we still need to pick up Logan and grocery shop. Hunter's birthday is tomorrow, but I have to work so we will have a small party tonight. I need to pick up all the goodies then get the little guys down for a nap.

Hi guys...

This is the only 2 pics I have:

We are home!!! I will need to go back and catch up, but just wanted to pop in and say hi :wave2: We got home at 2 AM and Chris and I are both exhausted. Chris went to work and it is all that I can do to keep my eyes open, but Colby wants his Mommy awake :confused3

What an amazing trip you two had!!!! Such pixie dust surrounding you everywhere - timing, treatment, friends, dreams! Welcome home!

Me Me Me :cool1: How about next summer. We have a 3 week window and would LOVE IT if some of you were there at the same time :cool1:

I totally missed Becky's original comment, but I would SOO be up for it! Technically, Terra WILL be 5 by next summer and after I wanted to go to last year's DDA trip Phil did say that after Terra turned 5 we could talk about it.

Well, we are supposedly having the Director of Egleston OR and Dr. W (the Egleston surgeon) both calling the head of the GI practice tomorrow to demand an appt and ask why in the world it is taking so long. Rees is just Rees... hanging in there and acting like nothing is wrong... Then I check his tummy and it is huge, hard, and he still is having all the bathroom symptoms. He is having the outpatient surgery on Thursday, so, to be honest, I'm just so stressed overall that I am just walking through the day like a zombie. I have calls into the GI, the Ped, the surgeon, his Endocrinologist. They all say don't go to the ER as we'd just get shoveled around by the ER docs and maybe seen by GI for a few minutes with an appt to be made later...

He went to Physical Therapy for the first time in 4 weeks today. His PT (who has worked with Rees since birth and is such a good friend) couldn't believe how bad he looked, how thin he is, said he shook the entire time, was so weak. It is literally killing me. I feel helpless, just like I did when I watched all 3 of them in the NICU for 14 weeks and had no idea whether they would live or not.

I eat and binge, then don't eat at all. I haven't had a drink as I'm afraid I wouldn't stop. Today I hid in bed from 8am to 1pm just crying under the covers and waiting for a call that, once again, never came.

Thanks for letting me vent and complain here. And my DH would tell you that patience is NOT my strong suit at all. But I have no idea what else to do at this point? It's just so amazing. We have EXCELLENT private insurance, fantastic docs, are in a major medical area with 2 Children's hospitals, I'm a peds nurse. What do people do who have no insurance or access or knowledge of health care? It is very, very scary.

Oh, Denise, I so hope and pray that the news is better today. That SOME progress has been made and you have finally heard from the doctors. We love you all and send all of the strength and prayers we have your way. Take care of yourself and you precious little ones. You'll make it through this soon, I know!

Kristine - Welcome home! Thanks for posting the pics for us!:goodvibes

Chanon - Welcome home!

Deb - I think my friend said she is moving to Portland, Maine? I thought Portland was in Oregon but anyway...
I am not a camping kind of girl so I would definitely not go all the way to Maine to camp!:rotfl2: I hope I am wrong, but it wouldn't surprise me if she comes back to TX. I hope Colby feels better soon!

I scheduled flu shots for DS & Princess. They are doing the mist for DS - the nurse said it works better.:confused3 He will be pleased. He doesn't have enough fat on his arm so they still give him the shot in his thigh.:scared:

I called about getting the rugs cleaned since we were going to do it anyway and then Princess spewed all over the one in the playroom. They want over $500 to clean 3 area rugs!:scared1: Momboss is going to have a heart attack! If it was up to me I would buy new rugs! My old bosses had those foam snap-together squares in their playroom. If they got dirty Dadboss hosed them off in the driveway!:rotfl2:

We survived yet another week of swimming lessons. Has it been 19 weeks yet? Princess fell asleep in the car and she has been asleep for 45 minutes now. This will totally discombobulate her day.

The miles I transferred into DS's account have been credited so I have his ticket on hold now. I'm not sure why I am waiting, but it seems like the prudent thing to do.

For those here for my car drama on Friday....My dear hubby signed an extended warranty without talking to me.....to the tune of $2111.....the man is a gigantic PITA sometimes. Since I have never seen the papers we are trying to get that removed....still not the $4000 but more than half.

YIKES!!! DHs sometimes, I tell you! First Heidi's buys a car then yours a warranty.

I think I need this:
http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/pin?id=29533

This would eliminate the issue of wearing a separate thing around my neck for passes in addition to my pin lanyard. The only thing is I wish they had put a metal grommet in there so the hook would be less likely to tear out of the pouch. I'll have to look and see how sturdy they are. My old badge holder fell apart, so I need a new one anyway.

I am loading my pictures in photobucket...I had to show you all this nice shot at the Cape May breakfast. I had such a great time meeting & chatting with everyone.
