The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 29

I made the salsa today, man I have never done so much chopping The salsa looks good & smells good. As soon as it cools I will taste it. It was real easy to make(other than the chopping), if anyone is interested in the recipe let me know.

For a day off, it sure hasn't felt like it. I guess that just means I have been productive today I have a big pot of beans & ham cooking for supper tonight. With the cool weather it sounded good. I will make some cornbread & potatoes later. I have corn on the cob cooking right now. I have also managed to do a few loads of laundry. Now I need to wash dishes, but I must eat 1st!

The boys will be home before I know it. I don't think I will be going to the PO today, I will stop after work tomorrow.

Nope, not doing Halloween this year. Last year we had maybe 3 kids and I had to get rid of tons of candy, plus the plastick cups I had filled with the candy.

I could get rid of your leftover candy for you, as long as it's chocolate!

Just a drive by post. I went to the PTA meeting last night and another mom came up to me and told me that her daughter said that my son was naughty in class. Yeah - no kidding.

So I went into his classroom today and I feel much better. He was well behaved and all of the teachers there said that he's doing well. He doesn't turn five until Sunday and I've been second guessing myself about sending him but he seems like he's adjusting just fine.

That is gonna be hard to answer, I have always been interested in the Mafia. Have seen shows on the History channel, read books and even watched made for TV movies.

So to answer honestly - it depends on how much of an intrest you have about the Mafia. It was written by a reporter who did endless hours of investigating. It is a nonfiction book.

Any good? I'm always on the lookout for new books.

Thanks! I have no doubt that they will NOT get their act together. I had to hound and hound the elementary, and this won't be any different. Good thing I don't have a problem with hounding.
