Ive seen people talk about autograph pages--does anyone have them online or something that i could print out? i have a friend going to disney and would love to send her the autograph pages!

I can email you my Word file. I printed them on 4x6 blank index cards that cost about $1 for the 100. Of course I probably used most of a color toner catridge that costs about $30.

My checked bag is packed. Now I've just got to figure out how to get my carry on stuff in my bags. Still charging 2 batteries and need to clean up my memory sticks a bit. I think I made need Elizabeth's magic carpet bag.:lmao:

I have them on disc that I could send you. I will warn you that it is not cheap to make them. I made ours 8x8 and by the time I buy the protector sleeves, ink and book I bet I'll have $75 into the book. For us it is something that we will add to for years to come, but I wouldn't make one for just anyone. I also will have about 150 pages by the time I'm done. I'm sure it will take us years to get all of the pages signed :rotfl: I love a challenge though.

Thanks guys--im not going to make them for her, just show her ...ill help with them though ;)

i have a friend who is graduating college next weekend. she is graduating with education degree and she is pregnant. i wanna get her something but dont know what. i have something for her for thee baby but thats not for her. she will not be teaching right off so i dont wanna get her something teacher related. so what should i get her? i see her next saturday so i need to get it this week.

what time are ya leaving?!

The flight is at 2:00pm. My girlfriend is meeting me for the 11:00am boat to the airport. I plan on leaving the house around 10:15-its only about a 15 minute drive and should be even less on Sunday.

My girlfriend's SIL still hasn't given up on the picture thing and one of the pictures is at 11:30. It's at least 1:15 minute drive to the airport and LOTS of potential for traffic problems-even on a Sunday as the only way to the airport is via a tunnel. If she misses the flight they won't get to MCO til after 9:00pm at the earliest AND it will cost her at least $600 to change the tickets. I'm still hopeful she'll come to her senses as originally the photos were at 10:00 but now one is at 11:30.

My friend decided that even though she's dropping her dog off at their house so her brother can take care of the dog, she's still going to meet up with me. She'll be driving about 15 minutes further to get to the boat then she would have to a shuttle bus but the boat will be more relaxing.

I still can't believe this time tomorrow I'll be on my way.

How about a gift certificate to a book store? Or to a restaurant. Gift cards are wonderful for teachers to be. They end up spending a ton of their own money on supplies, so I always give my kids teachers gift certificates to Office Mac, Staples, Barnes and Noble, etc.

thats an idea. i was kinda wanting to get something ffor her and only her or her and her husband because they will be so busy come september when the baby arrives.

Have a great trip. You've been so busy at work lately I hope you can just relax and soak in the magic. You will have fun even if the other lady doesn't make it

isnt that an exciting thought?!?
And a tiny bit scary!

Work is done and I finished all I had to so I really can relax. I'm going to have a great time no matter what and my friend says the same but I know she'll be very disappointed if her nieces don't make it. The only thing I want someone else for it to go to CP for breakfast. Everything else I can and will do on my own. I'm VERY excited to be going back to the Flower Fest with my new camera. :cool1: AND I'm very excited to have a very nice gift card from my SIL to spend and $50 Disney Dollars from several coworkers to spend. I never buy myself anything so this will be really fun!

Joe is decorating his lunch bags for next week's snacks so he's quiet and Lizzy & Emma are at Lizzy's soccer game.

I really need to pack my carry on. Batteries are all charged so no more excuses. This really isn't like me-I'm usually packed weeks ahead. I guess I'm worried it won't all fit.

My magic bag would hold all of the things you need, and even things you don't need! You are welcome to borrow it!

Adopting a new kitty was quite the challenge! The first shelter we went to called the leasing office to make sure we are allowed to have 2 pets. Technically we AREN'T allowed 2 pets, so they said until we get written authorization they will not allow us to adopt. Perfect. We have had 2 cats for the past 16 years, living on properties owned by the same company. If they were going to "get us" they would have done it before now. Since our manager is still in the hospital (not sure what is going on but it is obviously quite serious) there really wasn't much hope of getting an authorization. So we went to 2 PetCo locations where shelters were having mobile adoptions. One shelter there was the one where we got Aurora, so they KNOW we have a cat already. We looked at an adult cat from the SPCA. Very sweet, already declawed, and similar in looks to Aurora. But we were really worried about how it would work with 2 adult cats. The shelters now refuse to allow you to take possession of a cat that isn't spayed yet, which we were able to do with Aurora. We had her spayed at our vet's, and had her declawed at the same time. But admitting you have a declawed cat is also likely to get you blacklisted. I think we could adopt a child with less hassle than a cat!

In the end we adopted an 8 week old Siamese. She is not spayed yet, so we have to wait for the lady who is fostering her to have the surgery done before we can pick her up. Kind of stupid. We could have her spayed and home to recover by Tuesday, but that's not the procedure! So we paid for the cat and came home with nothing. HOPEFULLY the foster mom will see that this really needs to be done promptly so we can bring our new kitty home by the end of the week. We are fighting over her name. DS wants to name her Alice. I want to name her Anastasia. Sister wants to name her Ariel, although Sister doesn't really get a vote.:rotfl:

ahhh quiet in my house! Everyone is out for awhile and i cancelled my plans to go out for drinks..i figure im not feeling good and its not a good idea to drink alcohol when im on antibiotics, so here i am..

i just made my dinner and cupcakes and am watching tv--next is roseanne goes to disneyworld--need my disney fixes hahah

i would go with alice because alice had a cat. what about lady? lady and the tramp had siamese cats.

My "rule" is that the cats all have to have "A" names. Not sure why. That is just how it has always been. We don't call Aurora by her name anyway. We call her Foo, because she is so foofy. The new kitty has rather odd markings. Her nose is light on one side and dark on the other - split straight down the middle. But we haven't come up with anything clever for a name having to do with her markings. She has blue eyes, but they aren't crossed like many Siamese I have seen. I also like the name Arabella. I used to have a book about a family of goldfish and the sister was called Arabella. But I kind of want a Disney name that starts with A, which is what brought us to Alice and Anastasia.

I just went and bought a new carrier because the one we have is ancient and kind of icky. I also bought some new toys so there will be something for the new kitty that has never belonged to our other kitties. :)

Elizabeth congrats on the new kitty. Hope you can bring her home soon.
