Good morning, DDA! There is defintely some of this going on at my house today...

We are to hit 79 today and the mid 80s over the next three days. FINALLY, spring has sprung!

I am getting ready to call now, Stephanie. My girls aren't going to go to breakfast that day so I have adopted you and Terry for that morning and you will be part of our ADR!

Thursday, October 18 - 4:00 p.m. Le Cellier in Epcot for early dinner before the Halloween Party

Friday, October 19 - 2:00 p.m. the 5 ladies are headed to the Gardenview Lounge at the Grand Floridian resort for Afternoon Tea. The guys will relax by the pool and have ManFood there.

Saturday, October 20 - 8:30 a.m. Goofy's Breakfast at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club with Terry and Stephanie

Sunday, October 21 - 9:20 a.m. Spoodles at the BoardWalk Inn for breakfast
- 5:50 p.m. Rose and Crown in Epcot

Monday, October 22 - 8:30 p.m. Artist Point for just Bob and me

Tuesday, October 23 - 9:30 a.m. Boma for breakfast for just Bob and me

Good Morning all.
Busy day today.
Going Downtown to pick up a tree.
Come home & plant it.
OK I don't have a green thumb.
I just hope I haven't gotten over my head.
The City has a free tree for residents.
Earth Day thing.
I'm getting a Crepe Myrtle.
Fast grower & gets pretty flowers.
The front yard really needs some shade.
Just hope I can get it home.
It's 15 gallons.
Thanks a the up-date on a few M.I.A D.D.A members.
I'm sure I missed a few.

I don't have any advice Ellen, but your story made me chuckle. I picture your DH as Bill Murray at war with the gopher in Caddyshack!

Thanks Tammi, I think that is a good analogy. He does talk about trying to find a way to kill all the squirrels (just kidding of course). And if you look around our neighborhood, we are not the only ones with this problem. Very bizarre!

Hi, Jo! Sounds like you DO have a busy day planned. I love crepe myrtle trees and I bet you will be successful in growing one at your new home.

With our ADRs made it really makes the October trip seem within reach, doesn't it? Also, I noticed that my trip to California is exactly halfway between now and the October trip. That ought to help make the time pass more quickly.

ok, I am off here to head to Macy's. I need new clothes for the new weather we are starting to get. Except for the 100% cotton things that I deliberately shrunk before putting them away after our December trip my stuff from last summer is all too big. So I am headed out to the sales to see if I can supplement what I still have. Wish me luck!

Except for the 100% cotton things that I deliberately shrunk before putting them away after our December trip my stuff from last summer is all too big. Last night Katie & Sophie went to the Father/Daughter dance at school. Katie looked so grown up, I wanted to cry. I felt like she was going to the prom or something..we curled her hair with hot rollers & she wore lip gloss! This was Sophie's first dance.

Tammi, a nap is always good! I remember the days of getting up to go to soccer pictures. Too early! I also remember standing in a pavilion at the field waiting for the phtographer to get to DS and DS let loose with this lovely string of profanity! He was reading the graffiti out loud, not realizing what he was saying.

I was just reading in the newspaper that crepe myrtles are pretty hard to kill, so that's a good thing! You do have to trim the tops of the branches each year so the foliage stays nice. I learned that from the tree guy that came to give Dadboss an estimate last week.

I have to do laundry today. The other morning when the fuse popped DH decided to bulldoze all of the laundry into our bathroom, and now we can barely open the door wide enough to get in there. Of course there is a HUGE mountain of laundry between the door and the tub, so getting in the door is only the beginning! DH was off Wed, Thur, and Fri and he did exactly ONE load of laundry.

Nothing else going on here today. I need to go by the mall and return the shirt I bought at the Disney Store yesterday. The sweatshirt for DS is fine, but the T-shirt I bought for myself is NOT flattering. It is cut funny.
