Janet- Are you using Firefox by any chance to fill out the Disney Store page?? I was having the same problem when I was using Firefox, I used Internet Explorer and had no problem filling it out.

Hello! I haven't had time to catch up, I apologize. We have had the craziest week both at work and home, and I'm only here for a minute or two even now. I hope you all are doing well!

Opening Day was a blast. The morning started a bit rocky with Kyle struggling to get out (even though he was promised he'd be out by 10). We caught the Metro bus at about 11, and made it just in time for the parade. From there, we went to Palomino's for appetizers and a drink (Stella Artois on tap... yum! ) -- half price all day! We went to the ballpark, had seats in the shade (which was such a blessing as I watched everyone else strip down to nothing, wipe sweat all day and dump ice water on their faces .... remember this picture, for just a minute). The Reds had a great game, we had tons of fun, got ice cream afterwards, etc. Fun day!

Fast forward about 50 hours.....

We went to the Reds game last night with a coworker and her husband. IT SNOWED THE WHOLE TIME! 3 hours of a really hard snowfall. It was 25 degrees and 30mph winds when we left. It definitely took me all night to thaw out! I was so tired and literally sore this morning from shivering so much last night, but we had a great time.

I've been working kind of long days and stressing out a bit because we have about 10 extra kids each day for Cincinnati Public School's spring break. We've started a waiting list (even not including these extra kids), are trying to recruit extra nurses like crazy and should have a new center by (hopefully) July 4th -- a far cry from "Early 2008", which was our original plan. I'm making cupcakes as I type for our Easter party tomorrow.

On top of that, I have everyone coming over for Easter lunch/dinner, and Kyle's not going to be here. We're trying to keep the house picked up, clean it Saturday, etc and cook as much as we can ahead of time. I picked up my ham and the rest of our candy for the egg hunt today, so I feel a little better about that. We were going to do the (hideous) yard this weekend, but now it's going to be completely frosted over. We were going to zoo blooms early saturday morning, but I don't think there will be any left! They planted over 90,000 tulips this year.... I think they're probably freaking out right about now.

Phew! Happy Easter if I don't talk to you soon. I hope you all are doing well

We're looking into the second job avenue....only problem is I already work 40 hours plus all the commitments I have to see through...and Jim can't seem to work more than one job, the second would more than likely not be a set schedule and he can't function without a schedule. I am watching for one though!! Life can stink sometimes you know??

Prayers a happy solution comes along soon.
When the time is right everything will fall into place.
take it 1 day at a time.
Try not to stress out to much.

This thread started out (over a year ago) as a place to show off and talk about designs for t shirts for Disney trips. Then we all started to gt to know each other and just started chatting and chatting and chatting, well, you get the picture.

My name is Glynis. I live in Utah, and I am a SAHM to 4 kids. My youngest, (twin girls) start kindergarten next year, so I'm wondering what I'll do then. I don't design, but I love to support other designers! I've only been to WDW once, but I've been to DL countless times! I love both, and can't wait to get back to WDW again!

Don't feel like you have to understand what's going on. Just ask questions, and jump right in. We're friendly, and I promise we don't bite!

Jeff and I stayed their on our honeymoon and loved it. We stayed at Caribean beach this time as their were no rooms available their with the discount that came out. We did not like Caribean beach as much as we liked POFQ

update on my parents situation.

they managed to get half of the money they owed on taxes. the tax office told them that if they get hslf of it then they could pay the rest over the next 3 months. The realator they talked to says she thinks she can get my parents 400,000 for their house and lot. They are looking at 5 acres about 20 minutes from my house I think mom said the price for it is 175,000. Dad said he is not building another house he is going to get a double wide mobile home and put it on the lot.

Prayers said that all works out.
I have double wide mobile home.
On the inside you can't tell it's a M.H.
I paid $60, for mine 3 bed & 2 baths with all the upgrades.
