Perfect :rotfl:

AND...my new nightshirt :lmao:

I agree! I think Garrett paid $5 or $6 for his.

I really like that lanyard, but I don't want to pay $12 for one on eBay unless the parks don't have any "piratey" lanyards anymore. I think lanyards in the parks cost about $5, not $12!

Not a problem at all! At least I will be able to get the GOH badge and the lanyards in the same store! They might even have the topper there too!!

You should! Thanks so much for doing all those tasks, Tammi.

Bernadette -- the pictures of the kids are wonderful too.

I fell asleep watching Emeril and the dog woke me up to go out. So, now I am sleepy again and am going to head to bed. Good night, friends!

Good night, Tammi!

Bernadette - Your kids are so cute! I bet you will get a ton of beautiful pics at F&GF!

Janet - I definitely think you should make shirts for your December trip! Are you sure Gary wouldn't wear one? Would he wear one with a design just on the back? When we went with our friends last year we all had matching shirts - picture on the front and text on the back. DH wore his, even though he said he wasn't going to wear it.

Good night, Elin!

I need to go wash my face before I get too tired to do it. I am wearing (GASP!) make-up so I need to take it off before bed.

Good night, DDA!

Maybe if it had Grumpy on it :rotfl:

I need to get to bed myself. The boys fell out as soon as they got out of the shower. Garrett's arms are burnt a little more than I realized. I put some Aloe Vera Gel on them, hopefully it will help.

After work tomorrow Garrett has ball practice & Riley has a scrimage game. Both have their 1st game on the 28th. I hope they are not at the same time(still waiting on schedules). Last year they played at the same park, but Garrett will be playing at a different park this year.

Good night to all & hope you all have a great Monday :)

I should go to bed too. I've really just been a bum today other than cleaning Colby's room. I needed a quiet day with the family :thumbsup2 Now I'm all resteed up to work the next 5 nights  Good night DDA.

So I need suggestions of a thank you gift for my Girl Scout co-leaders. For the holidays I did pamper baskets with bath supplies, and lotions and things like that. I am just not sure what I want to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I would prefer to not do gift cards, but might if I don't come up with anything creative. The one has a cabin which she left the troop use, for the camp out I couldn't attend, as I got sick. I was thinking for her, perhaps something to use at the cabin, but I am not sure what. It could be homemade or bought. Thank you in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

what about gift baskets again? But this time you could put in summer-y stuff like a foot exfoliater, foot cream, after-sun gel, a cooling mist spray... things like that. And maybe put them in an inexpensive see-through tote bag instead of a basket.

Ok, here is my princess with her prince.
I love her dress, she looks magnificent!

Beautiful! If Tinkerbell's dress were long, that's what she would look like!!

I was thinking the same thing.

Robyn - The cake looked completely professional! You did an incredible job! And the girls both looked so happy! I love birthdays! Did they break the pinata themselves? Every party we have been to with a pinata the thing has been made of something akin to concrete and the kids have to wait for one of the dads to beat a hole in it! :lmao:

We let the kids each take 2 turns beating it but it did not budge. It had pull strings so we ended up just using them. The pinata has not one dent/scratch/rip in it. So I saved it to hang in the playroom. We made one out of a balloon and paper mache for Mo's first bday and the kids were able to beat that thing a few times but were able to break it themselves and most of them were 5 then.

Have fun planning something for DH. Eric doesn't get the whole birthday party thing as he never had one growing up. His parent's think they are a waste of time/money. So they have major issues with the girls' parties. I do plan on surprising him with a little kid's party theme, complete with all the silly birthday party games, one year. He expected it for his 30th but I thought it would be more fun on a year he didn't expect it! Maybe this coming year!

2 years ago DH was not feeling great about his 50th :scared1: so I made us all Incredible T's (Mr, Mrs, Violet, Dash, & Jack-Jack) and ordered him an Incredible cake from the grocery store. I think he liked keeping it light & fun.

I love that! Sounds like a nice celebration.

I agree! Great cake! You do know your pregnant don't you? Go get some rest!

I truly am in denial ;)

DH thought he was being funny yesterday. He said he is going to trade one of his pirate pins that was a huge pain in the tushy to get. I told him if he trades it I will hack off his hands and leave him with bloody stumps. He told DS what I said, and DS said "If you trade that pin? Yep.":rotfl2: There will be no trading of the pirate flag pin!

Remind me to never get you mad at me.

It was such a beautiful day today. Spring has finally sprung!!!

Love these!!

Those flowers are so pretty! I should practice with our camera. And I should practice with the photo software that the new computer has. That could easily occupy months of my time!:rotfl2:

I'd think I'd be dangerous with a camera if I actually spent the time to read the manual and learn how to use the photo editing software. I just don't have the patience to read up on it.

The kids had such a great time outside today after a long winter and long rainy April vacation.

I love this shot of the girls. Emma was talking to Lizzy. She looks so calm and angelic.:rotfl:

Great shots of the kids, Bernadette. What cuties!

OOOOohhh....good idea! :thumbsup2

Now I can't remember why I quoted you, Tammi  :rotfl:

Maybe if it had Grumpy on it :rotfl:

Glad you had a nice day. Don't work too hard!

Thanks again for the positive comments on the cakes. My girlfriend and I have been doing them since we were 20. If you would have seen the 1st cake we did you'd :rotfl2: It must have had 6 inches of icing on it. We couldn't get it smooth! One day I'll bore you with some pics of the ones I did in the past.

I really need to get off of here. I am starting to watch one of my girlfriend's DS5 today til the end of the school year. He should be here any minute. I've watched him before since he was an infant but stopped last year as her mom retired and she agreed to watch him for free. Unfortunately she has been having some health issues and can't continue. So I agreed to help out. He's a good kid just difficult to handle sometimes. He has been diagnosed with OCD issues and his pediatrician suspects ADHD. I am keeping my fingers crossed I won't have many issues with him. As long as I stick to a routine with him I'm usually ok. I do believe though that I've lost my mind completely.

Have a great Monday, DDA!!
