Well we did wind up with snow last night and it is still snowing, the wind though.

I just took my garbage out. Thought I'd be nice, and clean the snow/ice mixture off the garbage can lid using an item I was throwing away and my fingers still hurt real bad by the time I came back inside.

Anyone in the Northeast that must go out, please be careful and dress warm.

Steffy - someone might have Steve Soares website for what's going on at Disney during the week you're there...I don't have it saved but he publishes weekly entertainment for what's going on at Disney on his site.

Morning DDA!
Not sure if I posted at all over the weekend, but it was uneventful. Haircut and eyebrows done saturday morning, baseball game saturday afternoon, Dad called and said he got approved for food stamps (or whatever they are actually called now) and to quailfy for Medicare/Medicaid (I forget which one) he has to give 20 hours a week of his time. If he gets this, he can get his hip replaced, which will allow him to walk properly and hopefully get a job! He's balking at working at the liberry, but they also offered the dog pound - I think he can clean up poop just fine weather he likes it or not.

We decided not to share our garbage with half the state of Virginia today. Bob took the garbage out this morning and our trash can had already blown over and the winds are not to subside at all, so he opted to not take the can down to the street.

I also saw that TGM finally has his best days up for October!

I am such a wiener, John told be not to put it out, that it could wait till next week. But if it warms up before next week then we have to worry about bears getting into the can, so I walked it to the end of the driveway.

Just read 70 pages but still 50 pages behind. I've got to get over my not wanting to post if I'm not caught up!

BUT....I'm going to Disney in 3 weeks!!!!

I think that a great big YUCK! and a whole mess of covers it best. It can't be just one thing at a time. Loads of for your sisters and that you will have the strength and wisdom to help where needed.

At times like this it's nice to know there is a trip on the horizon.
