I am all caught up. Doing nothing tomorrow, John is going to paint the 1/2 bath.

Talk with you all tomorrow. pixiedust: and:grouphug: to all.

Hey, Becky!!! Congrats on being almost done with your school stuff! Just hang in there, you can do this!!!

Thanks for the Aiden update! I sure hope that this latest "find" is the one that will allow him to turn the corner. We'll keep praying for him here!

Hi, Heidi! How was your day? Busy, huh? I was headed for bed about 4 hours ago, but after an hour nap, I'm back for a little while!

Theresa - your getaway sounds like it was nice and relaxing! What a great B and B!!! We've still go our fingers crossed for your house stuff! Here's hoping that everything comes together. I hope you had a great anniversary.

Well, I'm off to do some reading! Talk to you all in the morning!

Hi Glynis

Yes was a busy day. The birthday party started at 12:30 till 4:00. Then we went and visited with my aunt who just had back surgery.

Grocery shopping, home to make dinner (BLT's) then on to Walmart. Got my birthday gift from John tonight. I wanted a food saver and they had the Seal A Meal for 39.96

Hi DDA!

Hi Amy!!!:dance3: :dance3: So glad your neighbor is gone for now!!

Janet, did the hot water heater get fixed?

Theresa, how's the house?

Deb..:woohoo: :woohoo: double digits. :woohoo:

Terry, glad your vacation is going better than the flight.

Elizabeth.:grouphug: :grouphug: I'd be pretty upset about the credit report too. But if an agency sent me someone to interview without a current physical and recent clearances, I'd never deal with that agency again.. If I'm paying an agency, I expect them to do all the prescreening before I interview someone. As an employer, sending an unscreened worker would really tick me off, because the top agencies want big bucks.

Glynis and Theresa your trips sound wonderful...:goodvibes

There are a lot more people I wanted to reply to, but I just can't remember. So sorry.. please consider yourself :grouphug:

I am absolutely exhausted. And this weather so sucks...:umbrella: :umbrella: :cold: :cold: :cold:

Well, I'm making pot roast again tomorrow...:dance3:

And starting to pack.... Nite now...

Oh crap, Jen. When I was at the mall today I meant to look in the Disney store for your antenna topper. I forgot! Seeing your post reminded me of it. I didn't even make it to the Disney store. Sorry! :guilty: But if you haven't got one by the time I leave I'll get you one from WDW!

I love my ticker!!!! :cloud9:

no problem--thanks!

Well i had such a fun night--dont remember the last time i had this much fun!
i babysat til about 11 and then went to a firemen's dinner..there was d rinking and dancing--i had a blast!! One of the firemen that ive known for years asked me to dance and everyway we turned, there were firemen watching and being overprotective..afterwards, we all went to the corner bar and had a blast...i never stayed til "last call "before..and it was with mom and dad and the firemen...im getting pretty tired so i think im headed to bed...hae a grea tnight everyone

Stephanie - Ah! But you see, the agencies DON'T screen the nannies before they go on interviews! Not exactly, anyway. The agencies typically will meet the nanny, call the references, and fill out all the paperwork. The nanny then goes out to meet families. Once the nanny finds a family she wants to work for and the family wants to hire her the agency will run the criminal background check, driving record, and whatever else the family requests like drug tests and so forth. Those checks are expensive, and the agency doesn't get any money (except maybe a $100 registration fee) unless they actually PLACE a nanny. So they are not going to invest in a nanny they might not place. I am listed with 3 different agencies, so obviously 2 of them won't make a dime off of me. And if I get my job on my own through word of mouth then NONE of them will profit from my placement. They aren't going to pay to run my background unless they are sure they will get a placement fee from the family. But they still can't have my credit report.;)

And on the topic of credit reports, I can't find my most recent report! I have searched multiple places for the darn thing and I just can not find it! I printed it off at work one night when I was working late, and I brought it home. I disputed one of the items on there, and I remember getting a letter back, but now I can't find ANY of it. So it is together. Somewhere. Not in any of the places I have looked. I can't find my birth certificate, either. Not that I need it, but if I ever do I don't seem to have it.

I know when I did the report last time I only got it from one or two credit reporting agencies, so maybe I can print off the report from the third agency. The site is down right now. Maybe because it is 4 AM on Sunday?:confused3 Of course I don't remember who the report was from, so I will have to try each one and see which ones say I am ineligible.

I found it!:) It was in the file drawer where I thought it was, but it was in an envelope with some other stuff instead of in a folder. So now I have that and I can run the report from Equifax since I didn't get one from them before. Well, I can run the report from Equifax when the site comes back up. Maybe I should go to bed instead of sitting here to wait for it.:rolleyes1

Good Sunday Morning. :)

How is everyone on this extremely rainy (for us anyway) day? So happy that we are getting rain instead of the 16" of snow that they were calling for. But they are still saying a foot, so we shall see.

I tell ya, this being more outgoing is going to be hard.

Yesterday was an uncle's 80th birthday, almost all family and I say hello, hugged, kissed then sat by my mom and pretty much didn't move until is was time to leave.

Morning everyone--i have NO idea why i am awake already--this is crazy! its raining here and apparently will be all day...ugh! better than snow!

Morning Jen

Yup rain all day and possibly tonight too.

Does this mean you are going to have an extra piece of luggage in Oct. just for your shoes
Nope - just when I travel for work - my 26" is for clothes, my 24" is for shoes, toiletries and extra space for stuff to bring back to the office, and a 20" for a carryon for stuff I can't send under the plane. That's the only time I'm a girly girl - because I have to for work. :rotfl: I think for the Oct trip, I'll only have the 26" and the carryon. :thumbsup2

Morning DDA!

Up bright and early for our Easter Cantata! Have a great Sunday everyone and lets hope the sun comes out and there is no more snow on the ground!
Sox lost the game last night, but a whole row of people behind us where Sox fans which was great for Bob -
