Ok, where is that frame from? Did I miss TravelinGal? I'm confused :confused3

Jennifer - there is another thread on our page that TravelinGal asked a couple of questions. She posted this frame, and I "borrowed" it to use with the picture of Matt. Check the thread out, she had some cute designs.

ETA: And Tammi beat me to it! Thanks Tammi!!!!

I LOVE that tink clipart! where did you find it?!

There is a pin being sold on ebay with nurse tink on a pink ribbon. I cut her out and did some touch ups on the color.

Okay moms I need your help what is the best way to get your kids to take meds. We just got home from the Dr and DD has a sinus infection. So now I get to fight with her to take meds tired to give her tylenol last pm for the fever and she cried so hard she puked all of it up all over both of us. This is the first time I have to give her Antibotics. the Dr. suggested making smoothies. :confused3 What would you do. How would you go about making smootihes.

I don't make smoothies - but matt always had no problem if it was mixed in apple sauce or yogurt. He wouldn't give us trouble then. Hope it works out for you!!

Well I'm caught up (and I logged off before 10 last night!!) What am I going to do without a computer next week???

We finally told Matt where we are going. We had previously told him that we were going away for Mommy and Daddy time. Well today he finally guessed where we were going. He instructed us that we are not allowed to go on the Carousel or to see Indiana Jones without him. Like that's what we plan to spend our alone time doing!!! Gotta love kids.

Oh yeah - and he'll allow us to go as long as we bring him back a long list of things that he wants. I told him to pick one!

V8 makes smoothies juice in a bunch of flavors. We just add ice and blend, pina colada is our fave.
Or we buy a resealable bag of frozen fruit from sams and add some with juice so there is some liquid to blend.

Sorry, Jennifer. I can't help you much. My kids are pretty good about taking their meds. Check with your pharmacy. I know at ours you have the option of getting a long list of flavorings.....bubblegum, strawberry, cherry, grape, etc.

I'm glad he took it well. I don't know if I could go to Disney without my kids. I'd feel too guilty. Good for you guys, though. :teeth:

God I hate Taxes. I started my own business this year and this is my first time to do Taxes. Due today and I have waited to the last minute...

But if anyone is looking for Home Theater Equipment, then let me know. That way I can have some sales for Next Year's Taxes. :cool1:

I just received word that SIL is out of surgery, but still unconscious and in recovery. The tumor was mostly on the surface, and they were able to remove it without any problems with speech (we knew that it was sitting on a speech center and SIL had to be partially alert during surgery so that they could make sure speech was still ok). The doctor warned that this type of tumor could reapper in 10-15 years but was very upbeat about how everything went today!!!

Thank you all for your kind words and concern.

Beth

Good news!

Ladyluca -- What program do you use for your designs? I see on your t-shirt thread you have a bunch of really terrfic new ones!

Would you come out to Alabama to install it?

Actually, we already have the surround system, but DH decided to drill holes though our hardwood floor, mount the speakers on the wall, and leave the wires exposed. I think he forgot that we have a very curious 2-yo DS, who promptly tugged on the speaker wires and pulled the speakers off the wall!

So now we need someone professional to install wireless speakers (or mount our speakers back on the wall and "snake" the wires behind the wall for us), fix the holes in our floor, and forbid DH to ever do home "improvements" ever again! (After seeing Kate's beautiful built-in bookshelves, I'm wishing I married her instead...)

Beth -- lots of thoughts and :wizard: coming your way. 6 hours is a lifetime away, isn't it? Let us know how your sister-in-law does.

On my front... my Mom has been a little more responsive this morning and they are looking at tests being done this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I have to hand it to her doctor. She was with my Mom until 3:00 a.m. and back at her side at 7:30 this a.m. I am very comforted by the fact that she is getting good care and that we will have more answers soon.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words and pixie dust. They mean so much.

Hnag in there Elin. :wizard:  :cloud9:

Share your DVC points and will do about anything!

It is strawberry flavor. The tylenol I tried to give her was bubblegum flavored. I even tried the chewables and told her it was candy. she has a perscription for the caugh that is banana flavor chewable that is also a no go I have to hold her down and keep putting it back in her mouth. til it dissolves.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my question. My professor was very impressed with the thoughts that I brought to the discussion. Once again, you guys saved the day for me. You're all brilliant!

I have always wanted to do an adults only trip...it would be such a different trip. I would love to leisurely stroll through all the countries of Epcot...and my dining choices would be much different as well. Someday... :teeth:

We worried about that too - for about a minute! But that's where we have points, and it is a resort. We don't have to go into the parks, but you know we will. I was so surprised that Matt took it as well as he did.
