I wish I had your will power. David and I both could stand to loose 30 lbs each but just can't stick with anything.

I do need to find a picture....but she hates getting her picture taken as much as I do. I say just look in the mirror you'll see what a cutie she is!!

Can you have alternatives like sugar free fudge pops?? What type of eating program are ya'll using?? I need all the advice I can get.

Well, im back from the doctor...Im happy about no surgery, but im not happy with him! I have been having thyroid tumors/problems since i was 8..i can tell when my levels are off and ive been feeling horrible for about a month...he said that "it cant be related to the thyroid"...
So i asked him if we could change the meds and he said no way and that he will check me again in 2.5 months..so maybe things will settle down and if not , maybe he will change s omething....sometimes doctors just drive me crazy~!! sorry, had to vent!

Skinny Cow makes some really good, low fat ice cream treats. So does WW and Healthy Choice. What is he allowed to have?

The trip was to Lansing and I'm still here. It is going fine so far. I got my 360 review results back. That is where your boss, peers & direct reports review you. I was very happy with my results. The scale is 1-6 with 6 being the best. I got above a 5 on everything. I did get a couple of 4's from my boss, peers & direct reports but they are in the areas that I knew I had to work on. I'm very happy with the results. The written comments were very positive as well. The negative comments were basically that I need to be patient and realize that things don't happen overnight but not to give up. My favorite "single greatest strengh" comments were "Having the will and courage to speak out about issues concerning the department to make a better place to work. I like that in her!" and "She has many, but a combination of her positive attitude and a desire to move the organization foreward are foremost."

The funny thing is that the presenter said not to be concerned if my numbers were lower than last year because that is the trend. My numbers were just about the same or even better. I think he was surprised but then they were surprised last year as well when I got such good numbers. I guess I'm doing something right!

That's great news. I knew that you'd do well. Does that mean a big raise? More Disney trips?

I wasn't on much last night as my SIL had to rush my Brother to the ER. He is having kidney stone issues again. They drugged him up and sent him home about midnight. They called today and will be doing surgery at 2:30 PM today. He has a stone that is completely stuck so they need to remove it. Any and would be appreciated.

I think that I have the kids basically ready for school now although when I had them try pants on yesterday that fit at the end of school I found that none yep noda, zero pairs of pants fit. They both got much taller. If any of you come across pants with a size 5 waist and a size 8 length let me know because that is what Hunter needs. I'm pretty sure that they don't exist. I have found a few pairs that will work for the time being, but if he grows 1/2 inch they won't be long enough they are size 7X slim. Nick on the other hand sometimes needs huskey

For him, it works better just to do away with it....I bought an angel cake in the beginning of this diet....he thought fat free meant he could eat 1/2 the cake!!

This particular doctor is not big on meat...lot's of egg white, & soy products...
