Great autograph books, Paula and Tammi! I love them both. I was just thinking that I needed to start working on Terra's for December. Does anyone have any really good sites for holiday clipart? I want to try to get as much Christmas themed clipart as I can for this one since it will be a holiday trip. Then to decide whether to scraplift Vicki and Clare's ideas or save those for our Grand Gathering. Hmmm...the tough decisions of planning a trip.

These are so cool!!! So they are just 12x12 cut in 4 and then you have them signed one at a time or do you bring the book with you and take the pages out?
The you have a book for each kid on each trip?
I think I like this idea also.

I used Kate's suggestion and put only the pages, a small clipboard and a sharpie in a gallon size ziplock bag, one for each kid. I took those to the park with me each day, in the backpack. After a page was signed it was left in the room. Then when I got home I organized each into a scrapbook. I found appliques at Michaels that I put on the front cover.

just back from a quick up and back trip. grandma is holding on. yesterday they put in a central line to give some nutrients to give her some strength hopefully. have to get her to be able to swallow. nurse said that they suctioned her meaning they put the suction thing to the back of her throat but she did not have gag reflex. they are giving nutrients till tuesday then after that if not better we will take her home and have hospise(sp) come in. she was awakw and talking today but we couldnt understand her the whole time. she seems scared and frustrated. scared might bee from the alzhiemers.

I'm glad that you are home safely and that Grandma is still holding on. I hope that she's not in much pain. Hopefully things will improve, by Tuesday, but if not I know that home will be the best place for her. to you all.

Thanks for asking, Amy. She's no better, but no worse. PT was in today, and she couldn't bear her weight, so I'm not sure where we go from here. I don't think the neurologist came in yesterday as the doctor said he would, so maybe we will find out more tomorrow. It's so upsetting seeing her like this. She shakes from the massive amounts of steroids, and she talks out of her head from the massive amounts of pain killers. I should buy stock in Zantac, as much as I've been going through lately. If it weren't for my DH and my DDA friends, I would be in much worse shape. I appreciate all of your good thoughts and prayers, and having a place to vent when I need to. Pictures of all of your cute kids also bring smiles to my face. Keep them coming!

FINALLY!!! i am caught up!
I have to tell you guys about my day yesterday--I went to Brads house to see him and the baby and they asked me to be Madison's godmother! of course, i said yes..so i was so excited!

After that, i went to Kimwim8's house and we had a blast..im so exhausted today!
I think im going to do some shopping and just be a bum--Im excited i dont have to go to work tomorrow now though!Although i wish i had to go in to see the kids for some reason hahaha

I have yet to print them all, I need to go and get the rest of Clare's and Vicki's designs, then I begged Deb for a copy of hers also.
If anyone else has some signature desings oh please may I use them. Like I said we have seen Cinderella and Belle three times on one trip.

I hope someone else can use this idea. And I sure will let you know how it works out.

Paula -- love the skirt and the autograph books. The postcard was the highlight of my weekend. Your girls are so precious. Thank you!

We need some prayers and PD here on the coast again, Ernesto is supposed to make it into the Gulf by this weekend, one of the tracks I saw had it headed this way. It is way too soon to say for sure right now but if it gets anywhere near here it is going to be mass chaos. You would not believe the number of FEMA trailors still here, we don't have near enough shelters for everyone. My stomach is already churning, I've lived here most of my life and I never felt like this before, DH says we are out of here if anything larger than a 2 heads our way.

BTW, for those of you who watch the weather channel, Jim Cantore is in town.

Oh so many prayers on the way to you and all in that area.
