You know after my first 5K I would have never even thought about finishing a marathon. It is just something that comes on gradually. So who knows what is ahead for you!
That "run" around the World Showcase did seem like a long way. On the other hand in some ways I didn't want it to end. Because then the race was over and the whole thing was so fun. Did you notice you're still in my displayI can imagine how it must have felt entering the World Showcase and having to go the long way around...I would have thought I wish we could go the short way! I bet it felt like a long way.
But Yay! You did it!!
Those are great pictures of you all with your medals after your race. And it's so cute how you have everything displayed at home.
Go for it! My advice is to make sure you put the training in. It's a tough race even with doing the training. I can't imagine what it would be like without itCONGRATULATIONS!!!! You look great crossing that finish line!! I love the way you have your medals displayed and I think you have inspired me to take the plunge and do this next year for real!!

We all start somewhere. The fact that you've started is actually the biggest step! Go for a 1/2 next year! The sense of accomplishment is just incredible! It isn't always easy, but I think it's worth it at the finish line!
