Good Morning, Happy Crafters!

TODAY is the day I MUST get my act together and PACK up for Wannacropit!

The only thing I really accomplished this weekend was finishing another baby blanket. Oh, and an anniversary card. Other than that, it was just shuffling stuff on the work table. over and over and over.

TODAY, I *WILL*:

Go to the gym
stop for the carrots I forgot
make oatmeal cookie dough to bake tomorrow
PACK my scrappy stuff
Laundry
make meals
rake
PACK clothes, towels and food box
remember my Jo's coupons

Oh, PS. Does anyone sew? I have to remake a Hawaiian shirt - there was room for both of us in the larger of the two we received. The fabric ravels and I need advice! HELP

Ok, when is the last time you posted first, and I was right after you?
T-man is here, so drop him at my sister's for a few hours while i head off to school, then pick him up, and head half way toward his house to meet my dd#1.
Sadly, the wake of a former colleague, then (???) to pack up some scrappng stuff.
I am such a last minute Annie - I'll still have stuff to do late Wed.....but LindaBabe and I will be out of here early Thurs!!!

Good morning ladies! A quick check in from the world! Can't sleep in so while everyone else is sleeping, I am having a quiet moment. So far our vacation has been wonderful! Perfect weather too!

This has been a trip of "firsts" for us! First time off property (but right next door to car. beach so not really off??), first time to Universal, first time driving, first time doing waterparks so first time no park hopper to even out the price and it has all worked out great! We are at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort and it is amazing, we might never go back on property with all this affordable space ($960 total for 8 nights for two bedroom condo) and I always thought I would be a property snob Universal was great, especially Harry Potter and the butterbeer. Driving was long, I am not going to lie, but I survived. It is so great to have a car that we might rent one next time, even if we fly. We did Magic Kingdom Friday evening (rode the new dumbo, and did the nightime parade/fireworks ), Epcot on Saturday (St. Patricks day so green beer and we drank around the world- we split drinks in all countries except in Mexico and it was over the course of like 6 hours including dinner so it was good), Sunday was Universal's Island of Adventure day which was great as mentioned above. Today is Blizzard Beach day If I can't sleep another morning, I may be back to update you

Took Sosie to see The Lorax yesterday. She's a funny one that kid

Baked potatoes for dinner tonight. Need to start the laundry, but will probably wait until tomorrow.

Michelle, have fun! I'm DYING to go to HP. We're hoping to get there next November (2013) before our cruise.

Sorry I didn't get online this AM..
A warning light came on in the new car... so it was off to the dealership this morning..and it is a faulty tire sensor that they have to replace.. and I"m not paying a dime.. 1. we have warranty and 2. I haven't had it but 4 days..and I'll be darn if I pay for it... So, we are still awaiting the part... might not get it back before tomorrow afternoon at the rate it is going... another reason we are glad we decided not to do a trade-in!!!

The goal today was to complete the 50 pages I kitted over the weekend.

Got the 3 kids' rooms cleaned today and the bathroom...

So, this evening...
we will await phone call from dealership
DD will clean the 2 areas of her room as she needs to throw non-needed stuff out!!! I'd toss it all but I'm giving her the chance to save things that she might deem important.
DH is putting the final coat of paint on the baseboard and trim pieces for DS15's room.
DH and the little boys have soccer practice tonight

Oh, find good clothes hangers as DD picks up her GRADUATION stuff tomorrow.. Want to get cap and gown hung up in a safe place... I want to do photos this weekend!!! (especially with her surprise that Lisa (CT) got her in WDW!!! she has no idea of this).

I know there is more but DS11 is calling for help with homework... I'm sure he wants help so he can get outside faster!! It's a beautiful 80 degree day!!!

Afternoon ladies!

Been a normally busy monday here today!

Happy 6 months to my little boy! Got his first tooth in over the weekend, scooting all over the place (trying to figure out how to stand instead of crawl) talks to everyone and everything "hi and hey" and will tell you "loves" while grabbing your cheeks and slobbering his version of a kiss. in such a hurry to catch up to the girls.

DD's up and out the door- I believe that they had an early morning sprint to the bus.
DD#3 to school
home
mom called and needed me to come over right away, explained I was busy but it was super important..... she just wanted to know if my girls could be in my sisters wedding.........
pick up DD#3
pick up DD#2
lunch
DS down for a nap- didnt last long
trying to tidy up some orders and get them out
took the weekend off, spent all day yesterday at ikea, finally got a new dining room table and chairs!!!
stopped at M's DBF really likes the jetmax cube set up and want to get that for me, apparently he doesnt like my clutter told him to hurry up and decide on a house, because I wasnt moving that system
dinner-not sure yet maybe something with chicken have to check freezer

Got everything on my list done EXCEPT the scrappy stuff packing AND I also reconstructed my compost pile from the stuff I had saved over the winter.

I've packed my bags for Camp Wannacropit, just need to put everything into my van Thursday morning. DH detailed my car this weekend so it will be nice and clean for the ride.

My Monday to do:

Feed the fur balls
Wash dishes the grew in the sink overnight
Do the Mt. Washmore shuffle
work
DH to pick up my van to have mechanic check the engine light, drive his truck home
chicken and green beans for dinner
Watch the UConn/Kansas St womens basketball game on ESPN2

He doesn't have to be there til 4:45pm.. so he'll be ready when you arrive!!!
Parallel parking is not my forte (spelling)... but I can have him doing his 3 point turns in a 10 minute session... I go the the elementary parking lot and make them do the 3 point turns in the drive way leading to the back parking lot! LOL
