It's the Day Before Friday! I'm off today!

My list for today:

Caffeinate- this repeats everyday!!

Work in the garden...already have a bumper crop of weeds!!

Try on clothes that came yesterday...

As fustrating as it is, everything went well and now we go back to the drawing board. So its good and bad.
Today I'm not allowed to drive and am stuck in the house so it sounds like a lot of kitting will happen today. Not allowed to left over 10 pounds and I told DH I have some albums that way more than that!

Already walked the dog and got my 2 miles in.
Finished washing the screens and letting them dry.

AR! Glad to see you up and around!! Yeah, be careful with the weight thing... it's surprising the stuff you can't do. Take it easy, and try to enjoy the forced relaxation.

When I had my GB out, I hated being forced to stay down...all I wanted to do was go go go. But it's necessary... Kitting sounds like fun...

ok, I'm starting to move today.. took a fall yesterday and hurt my back, nice little bruise... I'll live but the cat... don't think he is going too... he was the one who ran thru my feet as I was going down the stairs... Blasted cat!

Back from the dentist trip from the badlands. My Little Bit does not do this well at all. Three cavities filled and need to go back next week for sealants because he couldn't handle it all in one day. Poor numb faced little guy.

Not sure what will get done today. I'm feeling emotionally wrecked right now due to witnessing the above. Hoping some lunch will boost the blood sugars.

I've got a bit of a tooth ache, trying to convince myself that the best thing for it is a walk, and not a nap. It's not going well. I'll go for a bike ride later.

Got a few errands done, the assessor came by for a quickie look at the house - I didn't clean up much, but I'm positive he's seen worse - Dinner's in the crock pot, my nephew has my cricut for a project - think I'm going to cuddle with my stoopid cat and take a nap

Nancy, when you fall you dont clean your house! I'm not the only one who needs to take it easy. I will never live in a 2 story house. Hate stairs. They make me nervous.
Poor Little Bit! Luckily we have a dentist that does gas. Dont like going to the dentist, and you have to make 2 trips out of it. Im sorry.
If I said knitting, I meant kitting. I dont knit, but Banana has discovered crocheting and she's a little speed deamon and it looks good. She's making a blanket for my neices baby shower. And I think she'll actually have it done.
I am kitting my 2008 trip to DL and will probably take and post pics today for April/May challenge.
I'm having to wait to finish the other trip because I want to use altered letters. They turned out so cool!
The worst part is that I cant cross my legs and Im a leg crosser!

The cat got me on my 3 stairs from the family room down to the sunken dining/kitchen area... thank God he didn't get me on the 10 stairs to the basement or the cat would have lost all 9 lives!

I wouldn't clean but DS friend is coming over.. We are trying on Prom dresses tomorrow.. IF PJ wins her executive spot, she can attend prom to see what they have to do for next year since the Jr. Class sponsors the prom... She's mad however cause her dad and I won't let her drive downtown.. Uh, no, not with 3 other schools having prom downtown... it's crazy on any given day.. a Saturday night is even worse!!!

Back from the office - nutty day ahead, school pickup, GS meeting/event at Home Depot tonight - ugh.

Danica and DS were almost hit again this morning by yet another crazy driver who passed the stopped school bus with its flashing lights on in front of our house as she was putting him onto the bus! She got the plate number and immediately called the cops (again) who said "duh - we can't do anything, we didn't witness it."

So, guess who just came back from paying the nice officers a little visit? I asked how many MORE times does this have to happen before SOMETHING gets done? They are going to pay a little visit to this chick from today's near miss and will talk to me again about how to maybe be on hand in the mornings to catch some of these morons. I told them to look me up in their computer to see how many times I've called about this happening. They did and sheepishly said that I "appear to have a frequent re-occurance of this issue" - ya think???????

Grrrrrrrr. Can I please have a little less daily drama? Sigh. Rita, hugs again to you!

Boy Pam you are dealing w/ some real ya-hoos!!! Goodness!!!

Why do they not just do the right thing and post a police officer out there to deal w/ the situation... a little proactive policing will go a long way.. if not, it will at least allow them to ticket the moron who needs to read the driver's manual a few more times!!!

Our dentist does use the gas. Eldest does fine, but Little Bit really hates to not feel in control. [I have no idea where he gets that from] So even with the gas, the little guy was miserable. He hates the rubber dam and silver tooth collar the most. Even though you are supposed to breath through your nose, he tries to breath through his mouth.

PBF- What a scary situation! I hope they do what they need to do, and post a cop right there. Maybe that bus needs a police escort or something, because that is insane how many times you have had to report the morons. I hope they do visit that chicky from today!

Nan- Be careful! Go easy on yourself! Falling is no fun!

AR- I love to crochet too! Love things I don't have to think about, I can watch TV or listen to a book on my ipod, and just go...

That whole leg crossing thing is hard! When I was at a baby shower last year, they had a game where you can't cross your legs... boy, this one girl kept nailing me like every few min. And I was really trying not to cross, it's just a habit.

Was thinking about you yesterday! Danica and I saw the huge pads (or plates) or whatever they are called - for that new monster Sizzix machine you are lusting after.

They were $60 bucks!!!! It would be so great to be able to emboss an entire 12 x 12 page - but wowsers!!!
