It's Friday!! I'm off today again!


My List for today:

Caffeinate- This repeats everyday!!

Try to keep my word kinder

Climb Mt Washmore and household chores...still

Time in The Pit... didn't do yesterday due to the s*ow removal project. Can't so too many things like that in onw day!

DIS/ FB

Swish and Swipe... everyday!

Crochet more on the sweater and watch DVR's stuff...

Dinner- something easy and low carb

Kids are finally going back to school. With a 2 hour early dismissal. And no school Monday. Where is the pull out your hair smilie?

Exercise.
Send kids to school.
Clean up all the toys and clutter from the last few days.
Dust and vacuum.
Find my kitchen counters.
Wash floors from the crumbs that are on those counters.
Laundry.
Salad for lunch.
Post office.
Be home for kiddos getting off the bus.
Homework.
Dinner.
Clone Wars.

School on time tomorrow.. Monday is a make up snow day for the first one... the others won't be made up until April. (WE do have Friday off because it's the end of 2nd trimester)...

Tomorrow:
kids up & out the door
scrap/kit pages
email friend dates for scrapping nights
spot clean house
1:30pm to school for DS9's Valentine's Day party
DS9 home at 2pm because he can leave early
fun time with him
3:20pm pick up DS13 & see if DD is going to come home early or practice
enjoy evening before everyone else returns home.... than who knows !

Depends on travel plans and when DH gets home from meeting at HQ - he will be late so won't travel until Saturday morning - just want to pack the car and skee-dattle.

Sleep in. My man will take care of the cute dog.

Get up happily because it is a "no bra no hairbrush" day.

Put on a big coat and hat to cover my hair and my *****.

Go to the post office.

Come home and answer emails

Spend the rest of the day at the torch making some special beads.

Cook an easy dinner.

Take dd to her friends

Bach to the torch.

Sit on my NEW couch with snacks and the 'puter for the evening with my dh.

Good morning!! It's FRIDAY!! It's an inservice day for us, so no kiddos at school. I'm hoping for a nice, quiet day to get lots done!!

6. Gather rest of stuff for this weekend
7. Get DS's stuff together
8. Gather scrappin stuff for weekend
9. Pack lunches, if DH wants one

12. Work
13. Pick up DS
14. Make last-min Wally run
15. Put out canned goods for Boy Scouts
16. Load up car
17. Go to cabin
18. RELAX with my guys!!

It's really cold and rainy here this morning. The temps are supposed to drop more as the day goes on and the weatherman says we could have some snow this afternoon!!! It would only be a little, but it will cause total chaos!

Open sign-ups for School Swap
Shampoo carpet in living room and dining room
Clean bathrooms
Clean kitchen
Mop floors
Finish cross stitch project

...still waiting on that %#@&*^@ purple folder! But, that's nothing...

...waiting to hear how DHs co-worker is - snow blower accident yesterday.
...waiting to hear how DDs best friend's dad is - he slipped on ice the other day and has three nasty facial fractures, a broken wrist, and is seeing an eye surgeon today.

We're trying to do what we can to help, but it sure feels inadequate.

Oh Pam, what a week! My sister fell on the ice a couple weeks ago and broke her shoulder (not quite sure how that's possible, unless it's the ball and socket). She's in a brace and pretty much can't do anything and is to stay out of work until March 15th!

Oy, I went to bed (early) with a headache and woke up with it still. I'm sick to death of headaches.

At work. Very busy. Need to stop at the Christmas Tree Shop on the way home and see if I can find a nightstand and CD rack for Princess's room. We are planning on moving the bed tonight, painting the wall the bed was on, and putting together her desk to put on that wall (the royal "we", DH is doing most of it ). Hopefully, he will get her armoire painted too.

Baby Kruffy, I missed the school swap sign-ups!

Still 2 hours left until I can go home! Hope everyone is having a good day.

No purple envelope in today's mail.

No word on our DDs friend's dad - but DH said his co-worker did come in to the office today "after the surgery" - but hasn't seen him.

I'm mad at the world today - variety of reasons... meds (or lack thereof!), SPED related, and JUST came within an inch (Literally.) of being hit by a crazy, profane old man driver as I got my son off of the special ed bus/van WITH FLASHERS BLINKING - he passed the bus with its door open - my son was JUST around the front of the van, but not yet on the sidewalk. I got the plate number and called the police - they said they'll deal with it. I hope so.

Did I mention I was mad at the world today? Vent...vent...vent!!!!

Ugh, that makes me crazy! We live on pretty much the busiest street in town. Morgan has to cross the street to get on the bus in the morning. I have taken down many many license plate numbers of people who just keep on going, even with the bus there with the STOP sign up. Hello? Anyone home? The bus driver takes the numbers and calls the police. Ridiculous!

Pam that's awful. We too are one of the main streets in town. I'm so tired of the people not stopping for our bus. Makes me crazy mad.

So here's my deal for the day. Bubba got up and said he didn't feel well. He had a belly ache. So I was calling the school and told him we could bring in his valentines after feb vacation. No mummy I want to go to school for the valentines day party. Ok. Finish getting us ready putting him on the bus with the speech...." if you dong feel good go see the nurse and I'll come get you. No big deal." ok I'm now at work with my federal auditors and the phone rang.... "holly mrs. D's on the phone for you." bubba is sick and does not feel good. Ok I'm on my way. Not winning mother of the year I guess!!
So wd are home and I'm stressing over what to do about his birthday party tomorrow. We have 18 kids ready to bowl tomorrow. What the heck do I do if he is still sick in the am? Great.

Any suggestions?

Oh Pam that is just nuts.. good thing you called the POLICE, I know I would have.. We had some idiot testing the patience of our elementary bus driver this morning... nothing like your situation..

Sorry to hear Bubba is sick.. Is everything already paid for in regards to the party? If not, by 8pm if he isn't up and motoring, I'd be calling to reschedule.. you don't want him miserable and you sure don't want all the other kids sick and parents grumpy.. hope he feels better soon...
