It's the weekend!! Day #2

So my closet purge went well. Except that the rod seems to be broken. DH will have to look at it and see if it needs replaced or just fixed. When he came home he said it's DOA. And the clothes I'm keeping are still everywhere!

That's the trouble with projects...it always leads to another project!

So, today I have to get my scrubs together in 1 place for dressing for work this week.

Sweep and mop kitchen floor

Make pulled pork in crockpot

Work on FE gifties if I have any energy left

2. Breakfast with my mom & dad
3. Finish schedule changes for work (I lack 9!!)

5. Clean kitchen and dining room
6. Scrap 4-6
7. Kit 4-6 more
8. Watch football!!
9. Hopefully, catch up my Project Life!!

Awww.... so jealous of your snow. So far, only one slushy storm..... No slow days.... no sledding..... no snowmen.... no snow forts..... I LOVE the winter and it just doesn't seem like it's winter yet.

Enjoy the beauty of the snow! And if you can spare some, send it down to KS!

Not a long weekend here but we have next monday off for inservice and a half day friday? who knows

still cleaning boys rooms are really getting there. course I gave L my old cricut table for his tv now I don't know what to put cricut on? will have to see what I've got hanging around.

It's FREEZING out side and I can't get the house warm off to throw more wood in!

stay warm and safe I'm going to see if I can find the kitchen table today

We have a dusting of snow but the roads are warming up. Was hoping to stay in all day. Have a fire going down here and my cup of coffee. Just work DBF to tell him it snowed before its all gone

Already done:
quick kitchen pick up, set DBF on the rest of it
whites in the laundry
put away extras in the bar, took mental note of stockpile

go look at a house
wanted to go see beauty and the beast but not sure. do not want to get snowed in at the movie theater.

We had snow in October, but haven't (really) had any since. I'd like one good storm, but that would be plenty for me.

Had fun, met Holly, Cassey, Julia, and Julia's friend Sammy at the Super Jo's in North Attleboro. Cleaned out the paper aisle pretty well between the three of us. Holly had to leave, but Cassey and I and the girls went to Panera for a bite and then I drove Cassey to Ryco. It's a place that has loads of ribbons and trims for really good prices. When I left Cassey thought she'd "be there a while." Sorry for being a bad influence.

Stopped at Christmas Tree Shops and Michael's on the way back. DH wanted a telescope and some binoculars he saw at CTS last week and I had to at least check the paper at M's. Nothing special, but I did find a *few* pieces I couldn't live without

Just got home.

We had fun meeting Jennifer, Morgan and Holly. I have lots of paper and ribbon to organize. Ryco is an amazing place!! Thanks for sharing it with me Jennifer! Julia ended up with some trims that she is going to use to jazz up her room. She is looking forward to going back on our next trip.

I am off to play with my paper...

Ryco was definately worth the ride! We'll have to see when the next time Joann's has a good paper sale, hopefully by then I will have things organized.

I hit our J's this morning at promptly 10:05.. no one in the aisle!! Our store is nearly empty as they are moving down the lot a ways to a new building!!! $25.00 of paper later!! Headed to M's but they didn't have squat (never do)..but did find a cute Disney Dining title I snatched for 40% off..

Cleaned up my scraproom today...
Need to scan last few photos in for PJ's baby book
Need to enter a few more pages of data for book (this will be 4 more pages to my total)
kit the last of the MK 08 pages to finish tomorrow

Hello everyone!!!!!!

I just got home from my girls scrappy weekend. It was great. I will have to post pictures later I used some of your ladies swap items too. Not only did I get a girls weekend. My DH and kids are not due back for a few hours yet so I have the whole house to myself which never happens?? What to do...what to do!! Ahhhhh Silence

Sunshineminnie- What general area in KS are you from? We live in MO, not KS. We have a lot of family in the KC area though- both MO and KS side

Jennifer and Cassey- glad you got to meet up, sounds like fun

My Sunday to do:

Slept in until 8:00 am - AHHHHH
Made breakfast for human and kitties - both had the respective type foods for their species.
Grocery shopping
lunch with DH
go get a load of wood with DH
go to Lowe's in one town, off to another Lowe's in another town - special order a sink
go to Home Depot (at this point I was home improvement shopping out but the stop paid off, yup DH was right but shhh, don't tell him I said so) Found the right sink (on sale even) for the bathroom renovation.
Pick up prescription at pharmacy
make beef stew for two families in need
fold laundry
change sheets
