That just isn't going to happen. Even without Palin on the ticket, we are a very conservative state.

Oh, I know. Yeah, this teacher looooves to share how she feels about Palin . Makes me so mad. Why did I choose to go to such a liberal school? Why oh Why? I need that 'smacking head into a brick wall' smilie.

Wow. I know everyone here is not a Christian, I guess, anyway... but for a Christian, that would be like the biggest and best compliment ever.

Maybe I would not exactly want "religion is all she's about" but for me, to live is Christ and I would strive to have myself be all about God.

Oh well, the African thing has kinda made me lose my religion around here. So, I'm off to bed. This has all been ridiculous.

Trig - Norse name for "strength" or "true"

boy, I've heard about Trig's name's meaning but seeing it again chokes me up - as if his parents were placing the utmost confidence in him to be strong. And, in the brief time we saw her nationally, his presence did change all of us. At least it did me.

I wonder just how many Tracks, Bristols, Willows, Pipers and Trigs we'll see in the coming years.

Oh and it is the same Janine Turner from Northern Exposure on teamsarah.org - I don't know if she started it or Jeri [wife of Fred] Thompson did. Glad they're keeping it going.

My roomie just got into it with an OS on Facebook. He told her she's going to go to hell since she opposes BO, whom he believes was prophecied in the Bible!!!! Come on!!!!

Guess I'm going to hell too.... see all of you there, since we don't like BO much either. At least I won't be lonely.

What are you studying BTW?

That's what I'm going to have to do because I'm so behind. I am studying to be an elementary teacher. I've been thinking about going into Special Education. My major is actually Liberal Studies . It's not what it appears, though. It just means studying a little bit of everything. It used to called an Elementary Education major. I don't know why they changed it.

Well, I have a tumor on my pituitary gland which is causing Cushing's Disease. It's the opposite of what JFK had, which is Addison's disease. In short, it's an overabundance of cortisol in my body which screws up the works. It makes me very sick. I'm waiting for surgery to remove the tumor. Hopefully sometime in the next couple of months if I'm lucky it'll be done. I do get Addison's Crises which is an absence of cortisol in the body when my tumor decides to stop producing hormones (yes, it has a mind of it's own...), like I had today which causes sweating, dizziness, vomiting, and other nasty side effects. So I just haven't felt good at all today. The sad part was I had just started my horse riding lesson and had to get off and quit because I was so sick when the attack hit.

But being with you guys makes me feel a little better. I appreciate it.

I have to admit when I saw the picture of the frosting, icing, whatever it is... I had dirty thoughts. I had to tell myself, "Don't think dirty thoughts. Don't think dirty thoughts..."
