Now that I live in MN.. either way .. just as far to go. But I know for the other hyenas it's a big difference, many of them can drive to DL.

mmm. we have been missing the chicken at Plaza Inn. Pixie doesnt like it, but we love it! YUM!

Ginormous servings and just good!

Hubby keeps asking for KFC, I tell him NO way! It sucks in comparison.

Plaza Inn too. Three pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll.
Served on a platter that I would use for Thanksgiving turkey. We would buy two and split it between the four of us.

Of course, some days were better than others for serving size and taste.
DL has issues with their food dept.

GREAT! Got my work all done and now I have 9 minutes to spare! WooHOO!

Shawna, I believe I still have your number, but I'll check this weekend and make sure. Odds are I'm not going. There are just too many things telling me not to go and not enough things to overcome that feeling that now is not the time. KWIM??

The kids really want to go for spring break which is the first week of April, so we will probably just go then. Even though I had fun with my sister last year, I would really rather go when I can spend more time and not feel so rushed.

We should have a bunch of airmiles built back up by then. Plus his other credit card I can redeem for free Seaworld & Busch Garden tickets, plus I can also redeem for gift cards for several different hotel chains & restaurants. You can also redeem for cruise ship travel, so maybe we could do a short 3-4 day cruise also.

So I figure I can do some planning later this winter and get everything all lined out and hopefully we can have a 1-2 week vacation that will cost us absolutely nothing.

OMG Alison you SO need to read the books. Janet Evanovich start with One for the Money. We've been trying to get Megan to read these but I dont think she has yet. They are the funniest things in the world. The first one is good but after that the author really lets loose. The Grandma is hysterical!

Anyhoo... Went to the Dr. today. Well... I was supposed to see the dr. I though.. But ended up with the midwife somehow. She is not trained for high risk, so she just did a quick ultrasound, went over any thing that was bothering me and sent me on my way. They have started me on the 2 week rotation already.

I have lost 10 pounds. I TOLD you I was always hungry! She said my headaches were probably NOT due to high blood pressure, which is wht I was affraid of.. Because right now, its looking great. They are testing me for UTI's every appt. now, which I think is a little odd... But that is how they do it. I asked about the cramping I was having... Its my ligaments, because they are stretching so fast... and my not sleeping is probably just over stimulation. And I forgot to ask if I can swim or not. But thats okay, because I go back on the 8th.

Oh... and the ultrasound. The whole family came with to see the babies. They are getting SO BIG!! One of them was rolling all over the place, but we couldnt find his heartbeat! It was WAY funny. OBVIOUSLY he is alive, but he wouldnt sit still long enough. Finally he plopped on his side long enough for us to catch it really quick. When she started the scan, all you could see was two big ole heads.. It was gorgeous!

Its so lovely to be able to go in there and see that they are okay. I get sick to my stomach right before every appt... Im always convinced there is something wrong.

Oh... and I think I have hemorrhoids. OMG. I dont even really know what they are, but my butt HURTS. Frelan is like... show the doc. Not my BUTT!! Ill just get some cream.
