Your Pickles album is so sweet! Very cute. I wouldn't say it is simple at all. I would be afraid to sit next to you at a crop as I would feel inferior. :goodvibes

Hi Shauna,

I just have to ask.... I've seen it somewhere else (can't remember where) and it's driving me crazy. What's WPASADI?

Hi everyone! I have been a long time lurker and have learned so much here! Thanks to all of you for sharing all your fabulous creations. I managed to get two layouts done this week so I thought I would share.I am a little nervous about posting them as I have never shown anyone my pages before..:confused3 TIA! :goodvibes

I love your layouts. The splash mountain ones are my favorite.

Hi Shauna,

I just have to ask.... I've seen it somewhere else (can't remember where) and it's driving me crazy. What's WPASADI?

It stands for "Wickedly Perfect Amazing Survivor Apprentice Disney Idol" or something close to that. It's a game they have had here on the DIS for the past few years. It starts out with teams who complete challenges. We had to do things like design a new Disney cruise ship, write a prequel to a Disney film, and design a new sister hotel to the Swan/Dolphin. Here's the website we created for our hotel: http://www.rockwall5.com/index2.htm

After passing through 6 rounds of team challanges, everyone left went to individual challenges were we had to write tabloid articles about cartoon characters, write a new scene set in the 70s for Carousel of Progress and create a mystery set on Disney property.

I made it through the 5 round of Individuals in the 2nd Round of Extreme WPASADI. I ended up winning an 80-gig Video Ipod. It was definitely fun but very hard work. The best part is that I had the chance to meet some great new people from my team and participate in a fun (and challenging) creative game.

I hope that gave you everything you needed to know. I can answer any other questions you have. :goodvibes

Wow! Small world! I didn't think I'd ever see a familiar face on these boards! I didn't even know there were any other DISers in our little town. We even get our paychecks from the same organization!
Your scrapbook pages are awesome! Looks like a great trip! One of these days I'll have to figure out how to post pictures, too. I have about 4 Disney scrapbooks done and several more in the works!

Well, here goes! I've been a DIS'er for quite some time, but I've never wandered over here to the Scrapbooking Thread (until recently). I wanted to show off my disney pages...but I don't know how you guys got such great pics of your pages...I couldn't get the glare out. Anyway! I hope you enjoy them.

On this one, we took a TON of pics w/ DD4 w/ pooh characters. I kept one as a whole and cut up the others and spread it around the layout. If you look carefully, you can see DD4 hugging many characters.

Wow, Awesome new pages everyone! TFS!
Shauna, I love it! Love what you did with the dates - may I scraplift? :)

I would be flattered to have you scraplift something I did. Honestly, the dates were not planned but you know what they say about necessity being the mother of invention. I didn't have enough room to spell the whole date out so I had the idea of laying the month/days over the year. I'm delighted with the result and thrilled that someone else likes it too! Thank you!

GREAT pages, Chocovrdmicears!!! Love the western feel on the BTMRR ones!

Shauna, I love the title. Is that all one thing or did you make it? If so, what is that gold paper, and where is the castle sticker from? Great page!

Hopemax made it. I received it in the special Hope-made group in the last Surprise swap. I requested it specifically in mind for that page and it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. It is totally paper-pieced. You can even tell that she cut the letters out by hand.

Thanks for the compliment but it should really go to Hope as she is the mucho talented one!

Does anyone have a layout of Pop Century? We stayed in the 50's section in June and I am having the hardest time trying to come up with ideas for it.

TIA!
