The Bob show

There are so many moments that I love to hear for the Bob show . The Moojetos. The "make sure the curtains match the drapes" and the Pig poop episodes are my fav. I will be going back to that old shows and will post more suggest other Bob Moments:thumbsup2

As I have adopted this as a personal philosophy, would love to hear the origin.

Can't wait!

Another one of my favorites is when he when on the ferris wheel with Diana at California Adventure and brought a sound effect to help tell his story. :) :rotfl:

Unfortunately started listening regularly to the Podcast a week after Bob had passed away. I remember going back and listening to some of the older shows just to get a sense of who he was. He seemed to be a remarkable man and although I never got to listen to him live I still laugh out load when I hear all of the Bawb stories. I'm really looking forward to this weeks show.

I don't know if it's possable but I'd love to hear For Good from Wicked at the end of the show. Every time I hear it I think of Bob and a lot of other prople from my life.

This is the best part.

(Glinda):
I've heard it said
That people come into our lives for a reason
Bringing something we must learn
And we are led
To those who help us most to grow
If we let them
And we help them in return
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true
But I know I'm who I am today
Because I knew you...

Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes a sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
But because I knew you
I have been changed for good

Thanks for trying,
Vicky

I am the same way I started listening at that same time.

So I plugged in my IPod to listen to the podcast on Saturday and this song started playing as it was set to Random and has been stuck in my head all weekend. It was like Bob knew we were thinking about him... Good thought

Does anyone have a link to Bob's "About Me" page here on the DIS? I remember seeing and reading it, but now I can't find the link. I want to find it because there was a particular bench Bob talked about sitting on to watch the parade at MK. I want to find what bench that was so I can get a Dole Whip and sit on Bob's bench when I'm there next week.

If anyone has the link I'd appreciate it! TIA!

How about something about his use of banana boxes for just about everything.

So witht he muddy Buddy right around the corner what about if we all got to hear Bob's segment on it... I think it is great we have raised all this money for GKTW in his memory maybe that will help people understand the significance of these 3 great teams racing

The first ones that popped into my head were the ones when he took the crew empty Dole Whip cups in the cooler, the pip poop (:lmao:), and any of the ones where he talks about NASA.

"Far end of the Parking Lot"...I got it, Bawb. I got it.

I know there are a lot of podcast special moments, but I love to hear the memories that each of you have about Bob that were 'off show'. Your individual reflections of Bob and everyday life with him help describe who the man was in daily life. Those are the stories I would like to hear.

Bawb loved Star Wars Weekends.

He shown us in our park tour with him and Corey...the spots where he filmed the SWW parade, nap spots, and where he posed for pictures with certain characters.

We did not pose with Bawb directly---but, we have a lot of neat photos of him.

Our thoughts are with Dian-er, his family, and friends for this first anniversary.

Finally listening to the show (behind on everything because we were at WDW a week ago).

Bob mentioned a certain chinese restaurant he had to go to when he was back in Massachusetts...does anyone know which one?

I remember a video cast of Bob using the cartcam to show the crowd at a parade and someone taping it. He looked like a crazy one man parade. It was hysterical.

Anyone else remember this?
