You see what they paid for these cars, plus obviously restoration. I'd do it, if it seated 4. Maybe I will do it with the kids and make DH take pics. He "doesn't like old cars" anyway...(roll eyes). Hope they're still operating them by whenever we go back.

Unfortunately no Watercraft rentals anymore at DTD or any of the Sassagoula River Resorts.

$100 is not a fortune in the grand scheme of things, but I don't think that is a good fit for my famly -especially seeing that it is a brief 20 minute experience.

This sounds like an excellent experience to enjoy while standing on the shore watching others pay $100. I'll be waving at absolutely no additional cost. Just my way of spreading the magic.

Yes,I didn't blink twice at the price for Harambe Nights and thought it was worth it.

I think the 20 minutes time frame is what "concerns" me.

The price is a bit out of our league, especially since you can't drive them yourself. I wouldn't really compare them to the Duck tours (we do the one in Branson occassionaly). Those are larger, longer and quite a few more people. I think people will do this because they will consider it more of a private excursion.

We are a family of 5, 3 kids. That would be insanely expensive for us to all get to ride. I have much, much better uses for my money at Disney.

I have to say that the Boathouse looks interesting though. When DTD is done and all the new restaurants are there staying at POR and take the boat to DTD for dinner a few nights would be a good trip.

This is an iconic classic car. Truth is though, it's neither a great car nor a good boat.
