I certainly see your point Chuck, and to be fair I agree, but it just seems to me that there must be supervisor somewhere near by who might be more informed as to what is being done about it.
It takes three seconds to walk over and acknowledge the individual reporting the problem and assure them something is being done...even if it's "We have another door on order. It should be here tomorrow" or whatever.
I tend to doubt what was actually told to the CM's anyway. I know that several people, myself included have asked if she requested a different room due to noise, but got no response, yet she responds quite a bit about being 28 years old.
