Yep in Disney terms I do based on previous refurbs for example Space Mountain being set to open in late Summer 2009 (hello Disney, November is NOT summer). I think since its so warm in Fl most of the year that Disney forgets the rest of us have 4 real seasons with start and end dates.
every season has an anomoly. Its snowed as fairly late in some parts of North America as late spring, if I recall. This year was off, so i'd not base a long term forcast on this.

Yes, this past winter I remember reading a report that, at one point, 49 states had snow on the ground at the same time. FL sure as heck can't say THAT most of the time. lol
Mickey's Toontown Fair is going to close for the redesign, but they are not getting rid of the Barnstormer. It will be moved somewhere else. As for the date of temporary closure until it is relocated, that I am not sure of. I've heard that it will not be until the spring. (Which is NOT January, because I will also be going then and have not heard anything about it closing until later on.)
As far as I know, Barnstormer will not be moved at all.
Reports are that it will stay right where it is and just get a new paint-job and a new name
to better-fit the new "area" being built around it. (That's called "re-themeing" in Disney terms.)
I was wondering about this the other day, DD will be big enough to ride it this year so hopefully it isn't being "re-themed" yet while we are there in March.
