The Bachelor-Brad Womack Take 2--Monday, Jan. 3 NO SPOILERS!

I could be the Cougar Fogie on the show. They haven't had one yet. I can make what Michelle did look like amateur hour. :rolleyes1

:rotfl2::worship::worship:

Put both of us on there, it'll beat Survivor and the Apprentice all wrapped up in one!!:yay:

I'm sort of glad Shawntel is gone, something about her squinty eyes bothered me. I never got to know her because I ff'd thru all her scenes. :guilty:

You mean they would actually have normal looking people on the show? Never will happen! I wish they did actually set them with people their own age! Like I said before it will never happen!

I'd watch it!!

get rid of that idiot Emily!!! :lmao: Imag1ine the first night after they're married and in the house with Ricki. He won't be able to, no doubt. Better buy some viagra Brad!!! :rotfl2: It's the Madonna syndrome. some men, when women become mothers, can no longer think of them romantically. he's sooooooooo creeepy! Lololololololololololololol :dance3::rotfl:

I know a LOT of men like that, didn't surprise me. I think they are SO uncomfortable together, makes me cringe.

Anyone else notice the Virgin Mobile "android" commercials with the crazy, stalker chick in the tree saying that she just finished her date with Brad... She kind of looks like Michelle!! :scared1:

Wow, that blew my mind!! I thought at first it was part of the show!! :scared1:

Your post about wealth earlier was very spot on!
I just read an article that mentions Mr. Hendrick's dealership (not even including his race team)
has sales of over 4.3 billion yearly. :scared1:

I had a client here in Atlanta that owned a Honda dealership back in the 90s. He was offered another job and I was told that he made $30,000 a MONTH. No, not a year, a MONTH. I had no idea that car salesmen made that kind of money!

Why am I always in the wrong business? :confused3
Remember that post about some car dealership selling those big bows on top of cars for $400? Obviously there is more money in cars than we thought. :scratchin

At this point, I think Brad will choose Ashley. A few reasons come to mind from last nite's episode:

When Brad was talking to Ashley's dad, her dad was mentioning how Ashley still has to finish dental school. Brad seemed bummed out at first that he had to wait for Ashley to finish other plans. But, then the dad mentioned how once she was finished with school, her whole future was completely wide open to go anywhere & start a whole new life.

Brad eyes really lit up at that. Then he said how Ashley could come live with him and he could emotionally and financially support her and be there for her while she got her life underway.

It's stereotypical, but Alpha males really do love being the big protector & provider. Ashley would be somewhat dependent on him. He gets to be the big star in her life, which feeds his narcissistic ego. :p

Look at how he totally lost his cahones sitting on the couch with Emily, in all that resplendent glory, as Lady of the what she referred to as a "simple" home. :faint: What should hav e been a casual, simple meeting with Ricky, turned into the focus of the whole hometown date: taking care of her needs all evening. Ricky will continue to be the primary focus for Emily. Brad saw his whole life there in a nutshell: spending most evenings playing Candyland.

Brad had his balls cut off in more ways than one. No wonder he couldn't even pretend to want to kiss her there - until he was at his escape out the door. :rolleyes1 He wouldn't really get to be man of the house, and there's very little he can really offer to impress Emily who is already living an impressive life. I wondered if he Googled her after he left. :lmao:

As for Chantal, she's an emotional roller-coaster. I even said a few pages back, how when Brad said he lives in a small loft, her first words were something like, "That won't do. There are not enough closets. We're going to have to move into some place bigger," that probably crossed her off the list.

Then of course, we see her family's home, and what bigger actually means to her!

Telling him he's got to move really threw Brad. He's not that bright to think that far ahead, and her making plans like that already telling him what she her standards are, put him out of control of his life. He really needs to be the star, and Chantal showed she going to be demanding and high maintenance.

He went to everyone else's parents house, and that was EMILY's house. I bet she could afford an even grander one, but she doesn't need it. I was kind of shocked he didn't meet her family tho.

I've been wondering about that, too. I wonder if they are well off, and the producers or Emily didn't want to overwhelm Brad. :faint: The house was probably enough shock to the system.

Any idea how Emily & Ricky met? If they met at school, chances are she does come from a well to do family. Prince William met Kate at school, as Kate's family could well afford to send her there.

It could also be her parents/family didn't approve of her being on the show and didn't want to get involved. They could also have a high standing in the community. I thought Charlotte, NC was one of those big and small cities at the same time.

I felt bad for Shawntel's dad, being told on national TV, for the first time, that Shawntel kind of wants a different life. Even though Brad didn't pick her, and Shawntel could have purposely creeped him out to get rid of him, (he served his purpose,) I bet she & her dad will be having long talks about it for a long time to come. She might not have been able to break that news to him before.

She is from West Virgina. I believe they met in Key West, as their families were building vacation houses next to each other, so that leads me to believe they have more money than most people. You never really hear a lot about her family, more about Ricky's being he's in the public eye. She's always been very quiet and shy, and one of the few people there was never any gossip that sounded like it came straight from the source kwim?

And Chantal wants an even bigger loft from Brad. :p

Someone here said the dad might be in the car dealer business, too.

Did anyone catch which state they live? Maybe it's Mafia money. :ssst:
