I was hoping after he fired Marshawn and Brian he'd say and Clay too, just because I can! I think Clay is one of the worst people ever to go through the interview process and he sooooo needs to go!

I don't understand how he was surprised that his team didn't give him immunity.

Well, he's gotta at least act surprised, even if he's not. Otherwise he's just signaling Trump and the rest that he sucks.

I think Marshawn was concerned that if she screwed up in the presentation she would be blamed -- but didn't she think skipping out on it at the last minute would look even worse??

You know I didn't like Alla to begin with -- thouse she was WAY too drama and catty. But now I am liking her more -- she's tough, not someone I'd want to work with since she is so blunt. But she does have good ideas and seems to be a hardworker.

She's impressed the heck out of me. Given her scuzzy background, I expected somebody a lot different than her. I still think Trump can't hire her, though. Unless he does just because of the publicity he'd get for it.

By the way, can you beleive Alla has 4 children? It must be hard to be away from them for so long.

Yeah - don't see any way that Trump would hire Alla. That is just not the image he wants for his company. I read that in a future episode, Trump calls her on it and she admits to the lap dances. I like her better now than I did in the beginning - but she doesn't fit in with Trump's team-type plan.

I also don't understand why someone like Randal would want to be hired. He's a Rhodes scholar, he's got a PhD from MIT, plus three other degrees. If anything, a stint as Trump's apprentice would hold him back, I'd think.

That's the same thing I said to my fiance when we were watching it. I totally saw her point that many many times it comes down to the presentation, and she said she didn't like the display and she didn't agree with a lot of the design, so if she presented and they asked her questions or said things about it that were wrong then she would've had a hard time supporting it with realistic reasons. However, she really screwed herself by backing out 30 minutes prior to the presentation. She should have either said it earlier and then explained herself well in the boardroom, or just sucked it up and did it.

Sam is right -- it was Darth sitting in Carolyn's chair and Donald says to him "Maybe this time I'll let you do the firing." Very, very cute b/c Darth is so intimidating. I'd be more afraid of facing Darth than facing the Donald!

I enjoyed watching The Apprentice -- good for Donald to fire both the pm and Marshawn.


I don't understand why the nielson's ratings aren't better than they are -- not even in the top 20.

Well, even Randall kind of screwed up this week. Seems like a good thing for Clay to go - he was seeming really whiny and unco-operative with everybody, and after the warm welcome he got from the new team it didn't take him long to make enemies there. LOL.

Sometimes I think Donald Trump must be really scratching his head this time about who the heck to pick.
