Rebecca, lets see....
Randall and Rebecca went head to head in the project about setting up a tech expo at a retirement home. How did that work out for Rebecca? She got smoked. Then she sticks up for Toral who SHOULD have been fired that week. How did that Toral decision work out for her? The next week, Toral didnt step up and be a PM and wouldnt work with her team and was fired. Rebecca wasnt focused on who did the worst in that task but let her friendship with Toral cloud her judgement. This is why her youth is a disadvantage to her. She hasnt learned to separate business and personal matters.
Rebecca was the reason they lost the techno project and she should have been fired for that reason AND not taking Toral in the boardroom with her.
Say what you want about Alla but she was a stronger player but i felt Trump was threatened a bit by her strong personality. and a driving force behind MANY of her team wins. That is why Alla sent Rebecca to another team when given the chance. Alla wanted to win badly as she has shown. If Alla thought Rebecca would help her win then she would have kept Rebecca on her team.
Then came that week when Trump did that ratings stunt of firing 4 people at once. Josh for one was a stronger candidate than Rebecca was but he was caught up in Trump's delirium. James and MArk were also strong candidates. Jennifer should have been the one fired there not all 4. Rebecca benefitted greatly from that stunt.
Because there team was decimated they got to choose a player from the other team. WHO did they pick????? Randall. WHo was teh PM of the task? Randall. And in that task where they has to put together a class, who bad mouthed Randall to another team member? Thats right Rebecca and her saying to Brian, We are so screwed. Way to support your PM there Rebecca.
From there Rebecca was very fortunate to be on a team with Randall. She road his coat tails to the finals. And then Trump, unlike other Apprentice versions did not have an interview time with his execs because he did another multiple firing when he fired Felisha and Alla at the same time. Alla didnt deserve to be fired that time. Trump appeared to feel sorry for Felisha as Alla was presenting her case.
Randall was the clear selection. He did the most to win. Had the better record. Had more respect from his teammates. Had more education & experience.
You say the other women were just bitter and jealous but they saw Rebecca's lack of judgement when Rebecca chose to keep Toral around when Toral had no business being there after she botched the expo task so bad. Alla was calling it like she sees it. Like I said, Alla was all about winning. There was NO way that Alla would have kicked Rebecca off her team if she thought Rebecca could help her win. Alla runs her own business regardless of her background and manages people on a daily basis and has an eye for talent.
That was low of Trump to take away Randall's moment and try another stunt like he has all season. The Apprentice has dropped in the ratings and Trump and Mark Burnett are doing all they can to pull the ratings back up.
