The Apprentice....the Trump version...watch out for spoilers

Where did these rumors come from? Totally hilarious if true........maybe she started out in a brothel in Nevada???

She interviewed with Donny Deutsch-Trump's buddy who has the talk show- the other day. She is very full of and proud of herself. Long story about how she had a killer stalking her. He killed several people and robbed them to "tip" her. I saw the show myself, they're not rumors.

I hope she has sons! Ugh! And to be proud of it, how sick is she??

The worst part is that she promoted herself on the show as being so high and mighty and ethical and classy. :confused3

Well, I don't think she was proud of what happened. I think she just dealt with it with whatever way she knew how. I won't judge for her that situation.

The Alla story has been out for awhile, definitely not rumors.

I'm not an Alla fan at all, especially after her behavior and comments tonight, but I'm not going to judge her based on what little I (and we all) know about her past, thats somewhat narrow minded, imo.

No I didn't mean for that incident, but for her success and how she got it.

Only in America could a black man be as educated, charismatic, articulate, well respected and qualified as Randal - and still be asked to share his winnings..... Only in America!!!

yeah, that's what it was about.

Randal wasn't asked to share his winnings. Trump never said "Should I hire Rebecca to be the co-apprentice and share your job responsibilities and your salary with her?" He asked if he should hire her as well. As big as the Trump orginization is, there is plenty of room for people. Both did an outstanding job and both deserved a job. She didn't have to be the co-apprentice. He will and would have always obvioulsly been the number one pick. What is wrong with first runner up who did an incredible job getting a different prize?

I wonder if Randall knew somehow that Trump was going to ask him that !? It just seemed like Randall knew exactly what to respond, without even a thought !
While the two of them were making their cases tonight, Randal said something like "Mr. Trump, I believe I should be your sole apprentice." DW went back (on TiVo) and we listened to it again. It seemed like such an odd thing to say at the time. Unless they were already alerted that Trump would be doing something like offering the "loser" a job too.

I don't get this :confused3 YOU are trying to turn this into a race issue - which it is not!

I really thought Trump was planning on hiring them both all along. They had the promos for 'a big twist.' Once they each chose which job they wanted he smiled and said that made it easy (I thought that meant because if he hired them both they wouldn't have to fight over one job.) Then he throws it all into Randal's hands. I really think Trump looked surprised that Randal said no. Did anyone Tivo? Let me know what his face did because I was too much in shock to remember :rotfl:
Trump didn't get where he is by being an idiot. If hiring Rebecca was that important to him he wouldn't have put the decision in someone else's hands. It's his company.
I really liked Rebecca and I would have been pleased with either one, but Trump hired Randall and I don't think he should have been asked/forced to share the spotlight. It was his moment to shine.
Trump could have offered her the other project the minute the show was over.

ETA: Besides, if Trump let other people to make decisions for him, that hair would have been tamed a long time ago :teeth:

I wouldn't be surprised.

Rebecca, lets see....

Randall and Rebecca went head to head in the project about setting up a tech expo at a retirement home. How did that work out for Rebecca? She got smoked. Then she sticks up for Toral who SHOULD have been fired that week. How did that Toral decision work out for her? The next week, Toral didnt step up and be a PM and wouldnt work with her team and was fired. Rebecca wasnt focused on who did the worst in that task but let her friendship with Toral cloud her judgement. This is why her youth is a disadvantage to her. She hasnt learned to separate business and personal matters.

Rebecca was the reason they lost the techno project and she should have been fired for that reason AND not taking Toral in the boardroom with her.

Say what you want about Alla but she was a stronger player but i felt Trump was threatened a bit by her strong personality. and a driving force behind MANY of her team wins. That is why Alla sent Rebecca to another team when given the chance. Alla wanted to win badly as she has shown. If Alla thought Rebecca would help her win then she would have kept Rebecca on her team.

Then came that week when Trump did that ratings stunt of firing 4 people at once. Josh for one was a stronger candidate than Rebecca was but he was caught up in Trump's delirium. James and MArk were also strong candidates. Jennifer should have been the one fired there not all 4. Rebecca benefitted greatly from that stunt.

Because there team was decimated they got to choose a player from the other team. WHO did they pick????? Randall. WHo was teh PM of the task? Randall. And in that task where they has to put together a class, who bad mouthed Randall to another team member? Thats right Rebecca and her saying to Brian, “We are so screwed.” Way to support your PM there Rebecca.

From there Rebecca was very fortunate to be on a team with Randall. She road his coat tails to the finals. And then Trump, unlike other Apprentice versions did not have an interview time with his execs because he did another multiple firing when he fired Felisha and Alla at the same time. Alla didnt deserve to be fired that time. Trump appeared to feel sorry for Felisha as Alla was presenting her case.

Randall was the clear selection. He did the most to win. Had the better record. Had more respect from his teammates. Had more education & experience.

You say the other women were just bitter and jealous but they saw Rebecca's lack of judgement when Rebecca chose to keep Toral around when Toral had no business being there after she botched the expo task so bad. Alla was calling it like she sees it. Like I said, Alla was all about winning. There was NO way that Alla would have kicked Rebecca off her team if she thought Rebecca could help her win. Alla runs her own business regardless of her background and manages people on a daily basis and has an eye for talent.

That was low of Trump to take away Randall's moment and try another stunt like he has all season. The Apprentice has dropped in the ratings and Trump and Mark Burnett are doing all they can to pull the ratings back up.

It doesnt hurt that Randall is African American. Trump is no fool. He hired men the 1st two seasons, a woman in the 3rd, and now an African American. Though I believe that Randall was truly the best candidate, his race helped him some because it looks good for Trump to hire an African American.

Probably coached by a producer. I listen to Alexis Stewart's show on Sirius and she was GUSHING all over Marcella. You wouldn't know it from teh Marth Stewart Apprentice how much they adored her. Alexis kept hinting alot that the producers coach them to do this or that to the candidates.

Yes, you could certainly tell Martha adored Marcela. She even wrote her the nicest note when she left. I think it killed her to let her go.

I saw that interview. She is so in love with herself. She acted like a selfish, jealous you know what tonight. At the end did you see Felicia and her shaking their heads NO when Trump asked if he should give Rebecca the job too? UGH some women. The Alla was jumping up and down at teh end, she looked like a fool. I don't think trump was impressed by her at all.

Where did you get the idea that Randall was asked to share his winnings? He was just asked if Revecca should be hired too. She did just as good of a job as Randall. Just too many jealous women not backing her.
Only in america would all this seem racist.
