Yes, I'm sure Yahoo was just thrilled for the negative publicity regarding Pediatric Aids and having to "remedy" the situation by making a huge donation tonight.

$100,000 may be a lot of money to us, but it isn't a lot of money to Yahoo. I expected more, to be honest with you.

Exactly. Sadly, my boyfriend and I were talking, and I could count on one hand the women I know in my life who would actually support another woman.

It's very pathetic.

Really, at this point, I don't think Rebecca should even accept a job offer from Trump. I be she'll get better offers. I hope she keeps a clear head in all of this. Everyone says "oh, she's only 23"...well hell, than she's just gonna get better!!!

That is why it is SO hard to be a woman in business. It's not so much the men as it is the other women. It's such a shame that we girls don't stick together more

You don't know that. Most here thought that Randall would have said to hire her and yet he didn't. I wouldn't put it past Rebecca to have done the same thing.

I agree with this too-there's absolutely no guarantee she would have said he deserved it.

I agree 100% ultimately it was Trumps fault not Randall's. I wish he had hired them both as well but it was his choice to do it as he did.

While I agree with that statement, I also think that Trump didn't want to make his new apprentice look bad by going against his word. Here is Randall, newly hired by Donald Trump, and the first thing Trump does is disagree with him and hire Rebecca? Had Randall "okayed" it, Trump would've (probably) hired Rebecca on the spot, but Randall's words ultimately made it impossible for Trump to hire her.

I agree. I thought it was a paltry amount of money. And they split it up, so the Elizabeth Glaser foundation only got half of it! How pathetic!

You know, after Yahoo made the announcement of the $100,000 donation on air, Rebecca should have pointed out to Mr. Trump that by NOT raising money at the charity event, she ended up raising $100,000 for both charaties while Randal only raised $11,000 for his!

Randle wanted the spotlight for himself...now instead of the glory that would have befell him...he changed what anyone thought of him...he is a backstabber and that is how he will be known and portrayed. When you think about it, it was "chump change" considering the free publicity and advertising they received. Yahoo could have done better.

That made Randall look REALLY bad but it will backfire on him. I am sure EVERY interview he does they will ask about it and he may get boos and I am sure he will not get to enjoy the win with all the negative mail and publicity he get over this. Bad move and very selfcentered.

I agree. He had the perfect opportunity to show what a big man he really is and prove all those glowing comments were indeed true! Now all I can do is shake my head in disgust.

It's really a sore spot for me. Rebecca was one of the of the women that I could totally stand proudly behind and say...yeah! she's great!

I do think it was a pretty crappy thing for Trump to do though, Randell was so happy celebrating and then BAM he puts him in that position, sorta takes away from his win. Not sure what I would've done.

Interesting idea. I really think Trump wanted to shake up the Apprentice by hiring 2 candidates and keep the viewers guessing for the next one.
